Just lovin' it when you hit the open E and let it ring. I'm still waiting for a fretless Bass that sounds that good. It does sound Very Good Indeed.
There’s nothing quite like the tone of an upright bass. I do love a good fretless electric tone as well, it’ll never sound quite the same as upright, but still has its own amount of awesome.
