@propogandalf Yeah, sriracha is more spicy/fresh/tangy while gochujang is more spicy/deep/earthy. Personally I'd recommend gochujang here, as there is already rice vinegar for tanginess, and cooking down the sriracha definetly cuts out it's key freshness. But maybe that's just my bias, greetings from Korea :)

She was described accurately as “ rude” for not doing so by another reader . I have a playlist titled “ A’h***’s recipes” where I put her vids without recipes to warn myself.

You can make this vegetarian or vegan by swapping out chicken with tofu or other meat alternatives. Skip the tenderizing part and go straight to the marinade. The chicken bullion can be swapped with veggie stock or if available, a vegan chicken bullion.

2 Chicken breasts
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Rice vinegar
Salt (to taste)
White pepper (to taste)
3 tbsp 3-4 avocado oil
1 Broccoli crown
1 Red bell pepper
1⁄2 Red onion
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp grated Ginger
6 Garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp Gochugaru red pepper powder/flakes
2 tsp Curry powder
4 tbsp 4-5 Peanut butter
1 can Coconut milk
1 Chicken boullion cube
1 tbsp 1.5 Soy sauce
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Gochujang hot sauce (substitute w/sriracha)
1 cup Water
4 pc Udon noodles
Crushed peanuts (Garnish)
Fresh cilantro (Garnish)
Note: Gochujang sauce and sriracha taste very different
