Thank you 🙏🏻 for the beautiful reading Frankie. You were right on point about everything. I had a horrible experience with the Dev himself. He (Taurus) was a friend and Colleague for many years. For years I had been working on a creative project all by myself, I worked a few jobs to make this creative project a reality, it was my son’s paternity for when I would no longer be here I wanted to leave my son a percent of this. I am a single parent of a special needs child who has a disability. I also created this project to help other people, then I spoke to this X-friend and he asked if I let him see the project and because he use to be a good friend I let him see it. I offered him and two other colleagues to be part of it, at first he accepted it and then he refused my offer because he said was going to form a company that would deal with creative projects. I didn’t realize it at the time, because I trusted, but he was preparing to steal my project from the very beginning. Then he tells me that he wanted to use a segment from my project, and that he needed me to sign legal papers. This project was to help others, but he saw his own personal gain, he was greedy, selfish, and just thought about himself. When he tells me about the legal papers, I said I don’t want to do that, I have my own ideas of how I want to do this. At that moment he called me something that was very disrespectful and I hung up and blocked him. It doesn’t end there, he has slandered me amongst other colleagues, he has gossiped about me, he spread lies and I have proof the defamation of character, he has tried to close all my doors of opportunities in my field. He tried to have me fired at one of my jobs, and he threw black magic at me, my family, my home and my stability. But it doesn’t stop there, he also stole my creative project and presented it to a television Station as his and he was paid a lot of money for it. I deactivated myself from all social medias and I went within to recuperate from the biggest betrayal of my life. He is a thief. He is not of God. I don’t want anything to do with that person in this lifetime or in any other lifetime. He is a delinquent. I lost all respect for this person. I don’t trust him nor I will ever trust him. He steals others peoples work and creativity. He is a terrible human being if you can call him that. The other person you spoke about was my X- who betrayed me with another woman just about the same time and he tried to humiliate me in Facebook amongst all my followers. I was cyber bullied by my X, by the woman he betrayed me with, and by the X- friend who stole my creative project. I heard the three of them joined forces to get me out of the picture so that they could take what rightfully belonged to me. So you see I had no other choice but to deactivate myself from all social medias and concentrate on my family and my home. Thank you 🙏🏻 You are an excellent reader. Betrayal is the definition of my week. My boss who ( my company) hired me as manager. Then hired 2nd manager 4 months later ..were in Sales. 1.5 yrs later Asked me or told me to go back to my old position. Why. They cant afford 2 Managers. I . I was asked 1st. My stats blow the others away. Ect ECT still he picked the other Manager. Their friends. Her son even works their. They even just hired a Fronter manger less than 3 months ago. I said give her that job. Ill stay as the Sales manager. No no and no. Doesn't make sense. Ridiculous, uncalled for. I believe they had this planned the entire time. Tbh. Im going to push fwd. I need a job. I did end up with 18 sales. 3-7 more than all other reps. Still not RIGHT ❤
They are jealous and threatened by your abilities and rather than rise up and be more competent they try to tear you down and break your confidence with these kind of moves. Projecting their own insecurity onto you as a way to feel strong. Toxic work environments with highly insecure people who get into positions where they can bully others, its the same in personal relationships with these messy people. Using your obvious skills for your own benefit could be something to think about.
That is crap! I’m so sorry! I would be getting ahold of some higher ups. Your boss has a boss! I can’t stand favoritism, especially when the “unfavored” person is a much better worker and more deserving. This has happened to me as well. I wish you the best.
Of you feel like your job is bo longer benefitting you I would look at your options through a company that will appreciate you apply to new companies you'll probably Ata right on tip since they see how strong your work ethnic is and expierence don't limit yourself to a business that defeats your purpose look into brighter things better things for yourself I would move on
