Had to go back to the start and check out some more Kolbe highlights. Was one of the first guys I checked out and every time I see him in various vids we've done I want to go watch him again so here we are. Taking a look at 50 of his best steps. Video did not disappoint he is so much fun to watch.
*had some more issues with copyright after making the video public so there will be a couple minutes of the audio sounding a little weird (youtubes mute music only feature).

Kolbe and Dupont played together for Toulouse in the Top14 from 2017-2021. It was like a cheat code.
You should watch chasing the sun one and 2
Would love to see your reaction to Chasing the Sun 2
That's how we coloureds run and step with the jump... check out Kurt-lee Arendse, Canan Moodie, Grant Williams, Damian Willemse & Manie Libbok...
Habana!!!
Us English whities in South Africa will be eternally grateful for the Afrikaans and Coloured communities when it comes to the Springboks. Imagine it was only us English whities that made up the Springboks. Loool.
Masekinnes!!
Coloured rugby players have chronic zoomies. Its a joy to watch.
Horrible to try and catch.
🤣@@greenplasticgun
Chasing the sun 2 final episode airs Sunday so a lot of people are looking for reaction videos on it right now.
First series just been released yesterday on Rugby Pass TV (Google Play app ) so Eammon will then get to see what Squidge Rugby actually looks like because he does add some input on there.
A&E Rugby YT channel has a video and they mention where Series 2 can be viewed if outside SA
“ he can side step u in a phone booth”😂😂 5:55
Gio Aplon is also a legendary hot stepper
Kolbe did play sevens.
On 30 video that little jump he does is called goose step, you do it to keep the opponent guessing as you "act" like you hesitating and then explode after with the step.🔥🔥
In South Africa 7s is seen as a development program so mostly young players.
You'll see some of the best side steps in S.A school boy rugby
Interesting question, 7s can be harder in its own way, it takes alot more max performance agility and even recently the auatralian legend and captain Michael Hooper quit 15s and decided to join the 7s and he says its scary how different it is and how extremely fast and agile these players are
react to chasing the sun 2 it will make you understand why RSA is so good at rugby
If you like Kolbe's step (goose step), check out sinoti sinoti. He's one of the most explosive steppers I've ever seen
You should check out quade cooper from Australia, unfortunately he doesn’t play for the national team anymore but in his prime he had the best feet ever ☝🏻
Not sure I've ever seen him get really flattened. I have seen him bump off massive forwards.
Pa tee ties...JY
its not just average players that he makes look innept, its great players, i cant remember seeing him absolutely smashed, it may have happened, but 1 he has strength far exceeding his body mass, and 2, you cant line him up if he sees you coming he will stand you up, so you hit him when you are stationary, or he stands you up and does you hitting just your arm, its very difficult to get your center of mass onto his center of mass
If you want to see another fast winger, Grant Williams has some serious afterburners - th-cam.com/video/6dj77goMUT4/w-d-xo.html
thats wales
Kolbe was unfair in sevens
tolouse pronounced 2 loos as into toilets in british english or to loose as in not win
It's funny, no disrespect intended just funny
@@thegreytone none taken. my wife is a language lecturer, so im very aware that just spelling something out isnt enough for a non native to comprehend the phonetic content of the spelling
@@jukeseyable i understand, the reason why I laugh is because "too lose" sounds like going up against em just to lose or they're playing not to win but well, to lose.
@@thegreytone i missed that one. bloody french and their high level physcology.🤣
@@jukeseyable 🤣🤣 precisely..but as a South African, I gotta give it to them, the French national team, they are incredible.
CHECK OUT OS DU RANDT the boulder with legs.
