Yes, Bowser's Chance Time, a rare Bowser event that forces one player to stop 2 spinning blocks to choose which player and how many coins will give to Bowser The announcer says "Chance Time?" because it's not the normal Chance Time
Also some of them used in Mario Party 3, Ready, Go, Goal, Time Up, and Chance Time? wasn’t used, Miss used in Japanese Mario Party 3, with International versions saying, “Game Over”

@@nonotatalllol Pretty sure he was asking what minigame since it's obvious enough to assume it would be when "time is up" lol. That being said, I'm pretty sure this is a left-over from Mario Party 1; Even when running the clock in a game like Bumper Balls, it goes straight to "draw" sound.
For anyone who's wondering, there are Driver's Ed mini-games that you unlock in Mario Party 2 after finishing Mini-Game coaster on Normal and Hard difficulty, then buy all mini-games from Woody (including item and battle games). If you take more than a minute, you get this "Time Up!" sound
I'm saying this near the release of Mario Party Superstars and i just wanna say that i missed these voice clips and they had a lot of enthusiasm
Old announcers: *NEEEEW RECORD!!!*
New announcers: -new record-
The Old announcer had more energy
mc ballyhoo be like “WELCOME TO THE STAR CARNIVAL!”

You know-
(Giberish)
HA HA HA
I think they didn’t re use them because then they would have to pay the old voice actors for the clips
I love the Engrish sound of her voice. So memorable and catchy.
The way this VA says "Chance Time?" always cracks me up.

Should patch these in as an option for Superstar's shop tbh.
Note that this announcer's voice clips (voiced by Eriko Ibe) are also recycled in Mario Party 3
Now this is mario partying!
As a kid I always envisioned this as toad's voice. I know it doesn't sound like his actual voice but I always thought this voice fit him
Too bad the last time spoke was in Mario party 7 in Japan 😔 🐍
This VA has lived in my head for decades now.
There's an alternate Chance time???

Did anyone think this announcers voice was a little annoying back then?
Did Mario Party 1 have the same VA just in a different pitch or was it a totally different person
I think it was a different person
It was the same voice actress
@@GryffinBoi I thought so, there were times where the MP1 voice sounded similar to the MP2 voice
She also appeared in MP3 as well.
I'm searching the Whistles Sound Effects when a Minigame Starts.
Hmm...
The only way to get that sound effect would be ripping it directly from the game files
@@Cristeve Can you do that, please?
