Good news! Let’s spread tourism across Nigeria. Don’t let us concentrate on Lagos state only. Nigeria is a beautiful country with beautiful landscape and culture. Let all other governors and local governments go to work and enhance the resources in various states. God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
Good luck to him in Rivers, I would have thought Akwa Ibom or Calabar would have been better choices. Let’s expand this economy, other regions just need to be more secure like the South West. Also Onne port is active in Rivers.
There should be investment spread across the country so this is a good thing. Wondering why rivers over Akwa Ibom, which has the langest beachfront in West Africa
It's probably makes more business sense to be in PH because there's more money there, meaning their potential customers won't have to travel far to access their services.
@ I agree but to make a sound business decision for now they have to. Especially if the money is coming from investors. Until Akwa Ibom and other similar states are able to create a thriving tourism ecosystem that attracts large numbers of tourists, investors will always hedge their bets on states with a larger number of local people in their target market. Akwa Ibom will definitely get its chance with time but I believe it will only get it chance when other popular tourist destinations like Lagos & PH are fully saturated and people start searching for something more serene and affordable.
Lagos State stands out as a prime investment destination, offering exceptionally high returns. While Rivers State presents viable economic opportunities, Lagos State surpasses it in terms of profitability, making it the preferred choice for investors seeking maximum returns.
Doesn't it sound abnormal that out of 36 states in a country, we are only speaking of only 1 state - Lagos state as the only investment hub in Nigeria??? How can we be a giant with such mindset???
Good development to me, what makes America great are just ten states with a very strong economy not every state is economically developed, we need just ten states too develop fast in the right infrastructures and political leadership that's is focused
what is the reason of your video his business was demolished in lagos so he must look for other areas he is a big brand rivers state is circled by many states he will do much better in rivers than lagos because there is ease in traffic travilling to the beach from Akwa ibom is faster than from some parts of lagos in lagos you only see people who come to land mark to see the beach but in PH is more of packet tourism e g family from Abuja wanna spend two weeks in PH landmark is better than 1000 visitors to landmark in lagos he will do better in PH

I'm so happy about this news. It's a win for PH and a win to exposing other part of the country to tourisms.

@@omo-naija True, but they have to stop looking beyond local customers.

@omo-naija True. Guessing they'll have to create a man made beach in Port Harcourt or does it have unpolluted beachfront?
Awesome information my lovely brother. As an African American diaspora this is a great investment ❤
Thank you for watching
