    Servings - 2
    Ingredients :
    Rice Vermicelli - 100 gr.
    Oil - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
    Few curry leaves
    Green chillies - 1 - 2
    Onion - 1 ( medium )
    Roasted peanuts - 2 -3 tbsp
    Lemon juice - 1 - 2 tsp ( as per taste )
    Grated fresh coconut ,- 1/4 cup
    Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
    Salt as per taste
