Sevai Upma Recipe
Serves: 4 person
cooking time 20 mins
ingredients
2 Cup Sevai/ vermicelli
1Tbsp Ghee
2 Cup Hot water
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp Chana Dal
1/2 Tsp Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Crushed
2 Tsps Groundnuts
3 Tsps Cashews
1/2 Cup Boiled Peas
1/2 Cup French Beans
1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
Many curry Leaves
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
Add Boiled Sevai Upma

By boiling water separately you hv made the process simpler n also by telling the exact measurement of water. This South Indian sevai upma is complete when you mix in grated fresh coconut, about half a cup full,( or more, if u like ) in the end. It gives a very good taste.
