What an expert! Landing soft as butter, that's Josh's signature. /edit: it's Pepe's signature. This looked harder than a rolled container! That honker is a fan!
Josh, you are "passionate" about what you do, not "cocky". That's the difference between someone who thinks he knows it all and someone who is constantly learning new ways to accomplish the desired result...BRAVO 👏👏👏👏
You’re not cocky at all, Josh I just see a man who’s proud of what he does. He’s proud of the company and making his father proud the camaraderie that you have with your coworkers is amazing and the fun you have at the same time you make everything look so easy. There’s nothing cocky about you just confident and enjoying the job that you do, well done
I like Ricardo I don’t comment often but your adrenaline into your job is awesome. Most people like that instead of seeing somebody show up at a job that just absolutely looks miserable. It looks like they would rather be somewhere else than doing their job. Good job Josh and good job Ricardo.
Pepe's to the rescue 💪🏻🇺🇲 Amazingly informative and entertaining at the same time , even if your not into towing and recovery you can really connect and Josh and Alex make it way to easy to immediately lose your self for 40 minutes to an hour 💯🇺🇲
I find it awesome how proud you guys are of your work and how much you enjoy it. Just because other people dont find joy at work or take pride in it doesn't mean you shouldn't. Keep it up!
I see Josh as a confident, passionate man that enjoys his job and is caring of customers equipment as well as his own. Great job Josh and Riccardo 24:04
Josh, I for one love your extreme enthusiasm, It does show you love what you do, which by the way is the best. You go from cars off cliffs to flipping a truck back over on a 6 lane during rush hour safely and efficient. Just retired after 45 years OTR, been to all of the lower 48, Mexico and 5 Providences of Canada, seen a lot bad recovers, be well, Peace Out brother
Crikey mate, you remind me of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter from Australia with your enthusiasm! 🐊😀😅 🐊 His enthusiasm and passion for what he did was why we loved him!
It always amazes me that people do not yield to big trucks like your wreckers. I always do because I know it's much easier for me to do it in a car versus a heavy wrecker. Great content, good CONFIDENT work!!
It’s that you are good at what you do. I watch a lot of different recovery videos from different companies across the country. And I must say I think you out shine most of them. Excellent. Work. You and Joe both are the bomb!!
You go Josh…being happy at your work and taking pride in doing it better than others is nothing to be concerned about. 👍😁. I’m exactly the same way when we install or remove heavy restaurant equipment in very tight spaces with no damage. We are known for that too, and I get just as pumped and excited as you do. 👌. Never be embarrassed about being good…and the fact you say please and thank you is from good upbringing as well!😁
Another ‘classic text book’ Josh job. Good to see Ricardo too. I know ‘we the loyal’ keep saying this but - “never listen to naysayers. They don’t know what they are talking about.”
Josh is the best remove crane operator - every job Josh does is different (mostly different) I've seen construction crane operators but their jobs are mostly the same
Nice work..was holding my breath for a minute, but I knew you would get it done.. And you say "beautiful" all you want, you're proud of your work. Nice to see another video with you in it.. Yall, stay safe out there. 😉😊
Unfortunately, nowadays, People call you cocky show off and some other names for being proud of the work that you accomplished. Good job, Josh and Ricardo. Always be proud of what you do and show it !!
You made that look easy. I watch another channel occasionally and the don’t upright a semi anywhere near as smooth or professional as you guys. You are the best.👍👍
Sir, you are not cockey at all you are very professional and professionally handle the customer's vehicle. I have followed your channel for some time and have seen how you are with your job keep up the fantastic work
Nothing wrong with being proud of the job you guys do. I have only just found your channel and have been on a mini binge watch for a week now and the work you do is not only amazing but how you try to minimize damage and minimize inconvenience to road users is to be applauded.
Great job you two! You can understand why LAPD rejoice when you guys turn up. Zero additional damage caused to that box truck, no mess, up and out of there 🙌🏻
You're damn good at what you do, nothing wrong with being proud of the fact. And not just you, everyone at Pepe's clearly shows a level of excellence at their jobs from hard work and good training.
How dare you take pride in your work….. I mean I do the same thing and I geek out with recoveries. I know a lot of tips and tricks but I also know there’s still A LOT MORE that I can learn. Also man when u had the MI music I thought u were gonna eat the ground. Glad ur ok.
Good Job. Recardo really moved fast as he hooked up to the rear. He provided some great help, good man. This was a neat job. You did well to protect the sides. Great video with wild enthusiasm. Don't see that much.
I have always maintained that enjoying the work you do is normally more important than earning a big salary.. If you don't like your job, what's the point of being there, it's where you spend most of your days! Have a good week end, Pepes rocks.
I can tell you are having fun doing your job. It makes it more educational and entertaining to see and hear a master at work. Have to keep your head in the game when you're driving the roads of the U.S. Many on the roads with you are not.
Nothing wrong at all in taking pride in what you do, especially when you are doing what you love. It's not being cocky at all, it's being proud of yourself especially when it was a difficult or challenging job. Screw the haters Josh, keep being you that is the person we all love. On a side note congrats on the new baby, how many is this for Grandpa I am sure he has a huge smile and will be spoiling them all. Might be a good time to add a Onesie to the merch, Hulks pee in the pod onesie maybe.
The only things I know about towing I learned on this channel. You should be proud and pumped to do a quality job, keep up the good work, high spirits, and quality content!
Josh, old saying goes 'Love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life". That and with the obvious pride of ownership in a highly successful, minority owned , multi-generational business, you should never be needing to apologise for some enthusiasm. Eres un crédito para la comunidad y la raza.Peace out!!!
I love that you are always confident and careful wonderful work Josh and Ricardo you always amaze me Josh 💯🌹 say hello to papi chulo JOE ❤️🌹💯 well well well Josh you are just way to good I love it have a blessed day Mr Josh
I like your enthusiasm without "cowboying" around, as some other tow businesses making videos do. It's business and a lot of moving/lifted mass, and you have to take it seriously, but you can still have fun. Also, as one of your other recent videos shows, you need to consider what happens to a load when you stop quickly. Maybe one of those cheap pickup truck cargo nets might be a quick tool to have on hand to secure loose parts and stuff like that open gate might allow. Another point many might not think of, towing that any distance at speed and you'd have to be concerned about wind load into that bed and on those damaged wall to ceiling junctures. She could rip off, like reverse-towing a pickup truck with a cap on it.
Part of the appeal of the channel is watching someone enjoying their work.
Yeah, some will say "Cocky", I say confident. You know your stuff. Good work Josh and Ricardo, really enjoyed the video.😊
Agreed, thank you
What an expert! Landing soft as butter, that's Josh's signature.
/edit: it's Pepe's signature.
This looked harder than a rolled container!
That honker is a fan!
How about the extra touch when I landed and pushed it away 😎
There is nothing wrong with taking pride in your work.
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
21:50 bro thats called passion, your regular fans know you love your job, and we love it !
18:17 😄 This was good too. "Shut up ..... unless you're a fan, then what's up" 😄😄😄
Josh, you are "passionate" about what you do, not "cocky". That's the difference between someone who thinks he knows it all and someone who is constantly learning new ways to accomplish the desired result...BRAVO 👏👏👏👏
Ignore the negative people, I come here for your exuberance. Good to see someone happy at work
You’re not cocky at all, Josh I just see a man who’s proud of what he does. He’s proud of the company and making his father proud the camaraderie that you have with your coworkers is amazing and the fun you have at the same time you make everything look so easy. This!
I like Ricardo I don’t comment often but your adrenaline into your job is awesome. Most people like that instead of seeing somebody show up at a job that just absolutely looks miserable. It looks like they would rather be somewhere else than doing their job. Good job Josh and good job Ricardo.
11'-8" Bridge approves of this Penske rental wreck.
LOL!
Even after the 8” extension the Penske peel keeps happening
And Penske has the $$ to pay for this
Pepe's to the rescue 💪🏻🇺🇲 Amazingly informative and entertaining at the same time , even if your not into towing and recovery you can really connect and Josh and Alex make it way to easy to immediately lose your self for 40 minutes to an hour 💯🇺🇲
I agree.. I think I’m more into the problem solving aspect of it.. but still I enjoy the content! 💯
That's what I love to hear!
I find it awesome how proud you guys are of your work and how much you enjoy it. Just because other people dont find joy at work or take pride in it doesn't mean you shouldn't. Keep it up!
Absolutely! It is that pride and confidence that drew me into the Pepe's channel, it's that joy of the challenge to do the BEST Job!!
I see Josh as a confident, passionate man that enjoys his job and is caring of customers equipment as well as his own.
Great job Josh and Riccardo 24:04

Crikey mate, you remind me of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter from Australia with your enthusiasm! 🐊😀😅 🐊 His enthusiasm and passion for what he did was why we loved him!
That was cool. Nice to work with someone like Ricardo where you only have to say something once. Sweet!😊
Good thing since he did all the work.
It always amazes me that people do not yield to big trucks like your wreckers. I always do because I know it's much easier for me to do it in a car versus a heavy wrecker. Great content, good CONFIDENT work!!
The natural high you get from Rolling something over or doing recovery work most people will never understand that😂
As always Pepe's does a wonderful job! Los Angeles is lucky to have Pepe's! Very professional work.
Y’all are smooth!! 👏🏼 keeping LA traffic to a minimum 🫡
I like your excitement. There’s an old adage that says, “If you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life!” You do love what you do.
You guys do an awesome job ❤
Thanks!
Yes, Josh, you are good! You seem to make those trucks do a ballet. You have learned a lot from your dad, including respect for your co-workers.
Josh is cocky and with every right to be ! Thanks for sharing
I appreciate the care Pepe’s try not to do any other unavoidable damage to the casualty during the recovery process!
Great job Josh. Absolutely agree there’s nothing wrong with being excited about and taking pride in your work.
It’s that you are good at what you do. I watch a lot of different recovery videos from different companies across the country. And I must say I think you out shine most of them. Excellent. Work. You and Joe both are the bomb!!
Josh + Ricardo, another excellent job in the middle of traffic and no further damage to the vehicle! Pepe's rules! Mega kudos!

between you and Ron, you guys make some fantastic content! I love watching how different operators do different things! Keep up the great work!
Nothing wrong with being excited to play with your toys. 😂 If I had had something other than a riding mower, I'd act like you too Josh.
Every job is good practice for the next one!
Great job. You're always prepared for any & all situations.
Nice work..was holding my breath for a minute, but I knew you would get it done.. And you say "beautiful" all you want, you're proud of your work. Nice to see another video with you in it.. Yall, stay safe out there. 😉😊

Great pun, Josh! I see you've gone full send with the dad jokes!
Haha it's only natural. My dad reflexes have been through the roof lately too, I'm loving it.
It's great to see someone who's proud of what they do.
Mr Josh Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
There’s more to towing and recovery that meets the eye, Good job.
Easier in New York or Chicago...the truck will be empty when the wrecker gets there.
Unfortunately, nowadays, People call you cocky show off and some other names for being proud of the work that you accomplished. Good job, Josh and Ricardo.
Always be proud of what you do and show it !!

You should always take pride in your work if it's done right. It's called quality control.
Nothing wrong with being proud of the job you guys do. I have only just found your channel and have been on a mini binge watch for a week now and the work you do is not only amazing but how you try to minimize damage and minimize inconvenience to road users is to be applauded.

Good Job. Recardo really moved fast as he hooked up to the rear. He provided some great help, good man. This was a neat job. You did well to protect the sides. Great video with wild enthusiasm. Don't see that much.
It's OK to be cocky! You did a great job! Be proud of the great work that you do! Love the videos!
It's great that you love your job Josh and I agree as Lt Cmdr Tom Dodge says in the1996 film 'Down Periscope' "I love my job".
It was a difficult job, but fantastic work by Josh & Ricardo. You are the best.🖕👍👍 you aren't cocky you just know your stuff.
Smooth recovery Josh and Ricardo. As per usual, lol. Well done guys. Stay safe out there. I was having fits when Ricardo was standing on the wall.

Awesome . . . Josh and Hulk for the WIN!
Great tripod view,thanks.
Looks like someone pitted the U haul sorry Penske. That side skirt damage tells a tale
That's what the driver said, but there was no car when I showed up. Either they took off or someone towed it in record time lol
I just realised it was facing the wrong way. Man that must have been a ride
When u love ur job , you’ll never work a day in ur life. Greetings from Pennsylvania.
Nice work! More people need to have pride in their work like you and your crew.
I enjoy your videos and your enthusiasm I was the same way when I towed in San Diego and Palm Springs
You are just enjoying a job most people can't do
Great recovery again by Pepes😊
Smart prep work!👍
Those trucks flip easily if speeding so he was definitely flying 😂
With a very shaky uneven load.
Nice clean #4 FMCA inspection sticker.
Excellant knowledge brother across the pond, ignore the drama queens and hey if you do good work you feel proud... peace to you and the crew hey I KNOW
Excellent work!!!!! "YEAH I KNOW"

You do great work. Keep doing you!
