Did my full moon ritual tonight. I enjoy the idea of letting go and just writing it all down. There’s something really therapeutic about writing down things that upset you and that you wanna let go. 🖤

I sort of want to start with full moon as it’s on Saturday but don’t know if new moon is best one to start with Hope that makes sense
Hi, just a quick question, the practice should be done the night before? Like tomorrow morning we will have new moon, should I do the practice tonight or tomorrow morning?
What am I doing wrong whenever I try to think things will manifest they don’t but when I’m expecting problems they don’t seem to happen? It’s like the universe always seems to be telling me to expect the unexpected?
I guess that question itself is wrong. You are not aligned with the frequency of your desire. I tried these methods. It kinda worked. Write your desire with grateful heart. And in present tense. Week 1: 10 min mind still (3 times a day if possible) Week 2 : 10 min mindstill 5 min affirmation (If you want health say something like Divine is my healer. I am immersed in the healing light of divine. I grateful my health is good and I feel young every moment) Week3: feel the healing lights touch every organ of your body and be grateful about it ( it raises the vibration and frequency) . You'll start feeling so good by this time Week 4: pray with whole heart and gratitude. Smile at your body part loving . The point of this exercise is to be mindful and be present at the moment. This is the time you are more aware of your surroundings. Add some remove some. Just relax and enjoy the process.
