- Just a quick video showcasing the new Ergo Sum exotic sword and how to utilize it inside of the crucible. It requires special ammo instead of heavy ammo but there are limitations on how you can acquire ammo unlike other special weapons.
You can get this sword from a quest that you can unlock by completing The Final Shape campaign.

Just when Bungie nerfed Hynra with the grapple nerf, they straight up lowered down the Sword of the traveler to make him more overpowered

Finally, someone who knows how to light attack with a sword. I haven't seen anyone use anything _but_ heavy attacks with this thing in PvP videos since it came out.
Once I get access to prismatic titan fully or a god roll hush I'll see if I can jam this sword as one of my main weapons just like everyone else. Until then, I'm just waiting to see if the ammo system for this weapon is intended or not the way it is currently. I can see if it's intended because it's really powerful but at the same time, not being able to get ammo entire in some gamemodes seems unintentional.

Arc conductor on caster frame is definitely my fav for pve. Literally one swing will take out the entire room and with the artifact rapid kills give you back ammo. It’s peak

@@sparks6477 It comes down to playstyle. I recently got a wave frame arc conductor and it's certainly better for most ad clear, but caster can be nice in other (admittedly more niche) situations like killing shriekers.

I use this with strongholds with a wave frame using sacred dawn so when the lunge hits a target it blows them up and marks them leading to a heap of hilarious messages because of being a pure tank

I got a caster frame with wolfpack rounds and it's disgusting. The rockets only seem to track like half the time, but when they do it's a thing of beauty.
Does wolfpack rounds buff the light attack enough to one shot in pvp? You could wave frame for a kill + perk proc and light attack again for a one shot if so
I tried wolfpack and the rockets just wonders around inconsistently. Same with the colony grenades. Not to mention these two require a hit/kill to proc. Arc Conductor is just the fastest, most consistent one of them all since you can activate it just by performing a heavy attack.
Got this as my first roll, it does great in PvE as well
the bow from the raid gets hip-fire + archers gambit, which MASSIVELY reduces draw time speed... waiting for him to get that roll

Blink-grappling is nutty. You still have the melee if you blink right after a grapple, giving insane distance and a more effective surprise attack
Hey Hynra, just wanted to tell you that new Gambit Hush bow is almost broken as heck with Archer's Gambit on right col. Got 9/10 roll literally on 1st decript with 576 draw time, Strategist, and Archer's Gambit. Precision hit while hip firing and gives WAYYY faster draw time than Archer's Tempo. Idk what I want on the left col...but getting both Archer's Tempo and Archer's Gambit would be cracked lmao. Gambit also hela drops a lot of engrams so it's at least not too painful of a grind. Please get this and terrorize crucible.
Hynra theres currently a glitch with perfect fifth ergo, if u land 5/4 headshots (hard to count i was using a heavy burst while testing), not consecutively not even withing the same mag of ur primary like polaris needs, itll actually give u special ammo. is only one for every set of percisions.
Oh is that why I kept getting ammo using my The Call and ergo??

It uses all your special ammo immediately.
I feel the ammo thing is intensional being part of its perk and the fact its pretty cracked for a sword.
Funny part is, this exotic is whats on our grave in the corridors of time
I recognized it as soon as I saw it. Too bad the corridors of time was only for a slightly earlier bastion quest.

I was hoping to run double special with it in pvp but it appears they have nerfed that to unpossible.
Why couldn’t they have made a 1st person sword with special ammo? Something like Dishonored or The Finals.
If you pick up ammo dropped by guardian kills you don’t even need the game mode modifier, if a enemy or teammate picked up special ammo they will drop it on death

also, despite breaking your grapple playstyle, do you think there's potential for similar movement shenanigans using bakris/grapple/blink on hunter, blink/phoenix dive on warlock, or shiver strike/thruster on titan?

Ive been getting ammo in control, just less often. Seems like its part of the perk on it.
After over 30 runs of overthrow ive only gotten 2 arc conductors and they were both agressive frames unfortunately.
If you get a perfect 5th caster frame sword, keep it. It will make Still Hunt's damage look like a joke.
Use it with eager edge i bet that would be fun to do using two swords is so weird lol
It absolutely is. Personally, I've been enjoying this on a void aggressive sword with telesto bolts.

The ammo economy for this sword is broken. You can only get ammo after killing someone with special ammo then u have to pick it. It does one tap though…
It seems fair that you need to kill and pick up the ammo that was dropped, makes the one shot balanced.

Huh, while I was playing control it took 6 kills with primary before it gave me green. I think this depends on the game mode
I played control games and was getting a bunch of ammo the first game and the next 2 I didn’t even get one ammo brick

I was playing in my own servers so must be the other titan's end. Otherwise if ur talking about bows in general they do have a slight delay for damage.
