do you know how to make rpm led of fx work in f122?
How good are the thumb encoders on this wheel? On the old GT1 wheel, you have to turn the knobs very slowly to have the inputs appear in game; if you rotate them too fast, it won't register as multiple button presses. I hope they've fixed that with this new wheel.
With the fx, the thumb encoders register fast, the problem is when you accidentally leave it on the middle of the knob turn, it will activate the switch repeatedly.
Hi, about the thumb encoders, did you have reading problems? They are saying that version 1.1.1 has this problem, returning a version solves it.
If you leave a thumb encoder in the middle of a turn, it can repeatedly activate that action.
Hello, I just got a Simagic alpha mini with FX wheel. And I wanted to set it up for f1 2021 game to try it... It's set up right but when I go over a curb the ingame wheel shakes. The steering is fine when I stand still but when I drive the steering angle also changes on the ingame wheel.
So could you tell me how you set up the wheel in the f1 game?
@@Kevin-hq6pm Did you use SimPro Manager Beta? I just used the preset F1 2022 there, and adjusted my steering angle to 360 degrees, and also just adjusted the wheel torque to my preference.
@@jgatlabayan86 yes I use simpro and use the f1 2022 preset. But I mean how did you bind steering in the game?
@@Kevin-hq6pm Oh, when I launched the game, there was a Simagic Alpha U selection already. I then just selected that and binded my keys accordingly. Ill take a screenshot when I get home.
@@jgatlabayan86 thanks for me there is only a simagic m10 preset. While I have the alpha mini. And I have to set my steer left and steer right as keyboard keys
Can the 7 way multi position rotary switch be used to navigate through menus?

Hey! Can you compare the FX Wheel to the GT4 Wheel? I consider the FX beacause it looks nice and i could use it for forumula and gt3 style driving

Hey i just upgraded and i can say the fx wheel feels better quality. altho gt4 is not bad as well.buttons and rotary buttons feels better on the fx
Hi, me again. Are you able to play without freezes/crashes? I bought the Mini+Fx bundle a little while ago and until now I can't play more than 2 minutes without the game freezing. If I turn off the base, the game comes back to life or ends up crashing and giving an error, that is, it is something between the game and the simagic kit.
Never had a problem. Have you tried with another PC?
Would you recommend going from a mini to an alpha u?
Only if you like to drive Vintage and non-power steering cars. 10nm of the mini is already perfect for modern cars. The mini also actually has a peak 13nm, so its already perfect for most driving scenarios.
