love the brown color of that first dress. And I love that your little dog is in it! put the wire of the needle threader through the eye of the needle and then put the thread through the threader and pull it through the eye.
You did such a fabulous job, and the reveals truly brought them to life! These are certainly fit for a fairy 🧚 and props to you for up cycling your own wardrobe!! 🩷
❤ I’m going to make a lot of my tops & dresses that are oversized into corset backs & leave the rest billowing 👗 t.y. For the inspiration. It doesn’t look as complicated as I assumed it’d be.
Hi lovely project just wanted to suggest using a backstitch for most hand-sewing dont worry its really easy and makes a huge difference once you get the hang of it it also makes everything alot more secure! Im sure there are some lovely videos on here that’ll explain to you how a backstitch works. btw love all the lace i always love how much just some lace can make such a huge difference in a garment 😊
I absolutely love how you transformed the first and last dress! I wish more people embroidered their clothes. It's one of those things where something so simple can add such cute details and they don't have to be perfect. Also, the corset back is such a good idea! It's so much cuter than a basic tie in the back or a belt. ^_^
This was such a delight to watch! The threader use was slightly wrong, though it seemed to still work lol- it works better if you put the threader though empty, put the thread through the threader, then pull it back through the needle. I was super impressed with all of your projects. Very inspiring to me(I’ve been procrastinating on making some summer dresses for a while)
Wow! Such easy ways to make simple dresses special and pretty!✨ I have some clothing projects I want to try, and this was encouraging. And very chill to watch, especially with your sweet puppers and the outdoor shots! Thank you!
@TamsenMaki yes! I always look for dresses at the ones by me but only once in a while I'll find something that I actually like! Maybe I should take inspiration and just recreate them :)

Hello, I started embroidering this year and I recommend that you first trace your design so that it is easier and cleaner when embroidering it 💗
