Ma'am my father got brain stroke(10mm bleed / midline shift) & right side paralysis on 27 June 2023 i.e from 1 month 10 days. Still (7th of August) he is unconscious or I can say minimum level of concious. When my father hears something he roll his eyes in the left side but can't able to see or speak. My father also moves his left hand & leg and also there is a little bit movement in the Right leg but not hand. Please tell ma'am which kind of therapy my father Ji needs.

      Hello
The therapy that can be tried to improve his consciousness is called coma arousal therapy. Though it is used primarily in traumatic brain injury, but can be applied to stroke.
It is a sensory stimulatiom therapy where touch using textures, handling limbs gently, joint pressures, gentle joint movement, sounds in terms of music, talking; reading books, news etc. helps to alert the person.
You can try this with your father.
