Lake District WINTER Solo Hike - Crinkle Crags, Pike of Blisco & Cold Pike

- Welcome back to another Lake District Hike! This week I head to the beautiful Great Langdale where winter has well and truly arrived. The route takes me up to Pike of Bliss, Cold Pike and Crinkle Crags. This was easily one of my favourite hikes of 2022, a fantastic way to end an awesome year!

As ever Alex, a fantastic video! What perfect winter weather and those views, they just don’t end on that route, do they! Loved the choice of music too, very fitting indeed. Makes me wish I lived much closer, if the Lakes were two or three hours away I would be there often! 9 or 10 hours is a bit of a downer! Maybe I need a helicopter 🤣🤣I hope you have a great Christmas time and look forward to seeing your adventures in 2023 👍

Hi whats the history of the rock wall and mound at the top of Pike of Blisco?
Pretty much perfect conditions for this time of year if it was a few degrees warmer🤣. How many wainerights are you up too? Done about 70 myself but not been lakes much for last 5 years.
Couldn’t have asked for a better day! Yes a couple of degrees warmer would’ve been nice 😆. That’s awesome, I’m up to 97 now, hopefully get another chunk ticked off in 2023!
@@alexcripps.outdoors it's easy to go there for a few days and plan a route to take it 3 or 4. I also like to put one of the tiny fells in on the way in or way back home. Great video again🤣
