I am a master's degree graduate, it is very difficult to find a job in UAE as a professionally and All company hiring managers they choose the type of citizenship.This is backward village mentality becomes stable when there is an employer who can think in a wider humanistic space .😊

yeh same here, they are saying it is open to investors and partners only as of now however if you get a permit from ministry of labour, they might approve for skilled labour category as well.
So I tried to get the visa. They need UAE address and UAE number to get the visa (before you are in the UAE). So I filled dummy address and number. Real e-mail, real home address and home number. There is zero communication from them, you need to check the website. It was not 48 hours but a week until my request was rejected. Apparently someone can't read. Because the reason was that my passport info don't match the passport info I entered. There is no edit/update on the application. You can get a refund (89.5 dirhams :) ). So I lost some money. I have zero clue how should I fill the application.

The 6 month grace period seems to be the only benefit I can see. The whole thing appears too onerous to qualify for.

No...only wife and children are considered for sponsorship.... parents can be sponsored too but salary requirements are very high
