A Royalton Chic vs Royalton Bavaro would be awesome to see! Great videos. Really helping me out choosing a hotel for next year ☺️
As a resort and food Chic is much better, as for beach Bavaro is uncomparrible. Chic is for pool people, I couldn't swim there in the ocean, extremely windy and dangerous waves. Bavaro food was very average

I liked the video and am heading to Royalton Chic for 11 nights in September-we stayed last time in Punta Cana at the Riu Republica and that was a hilarious fun. I’m just saying you don’t have to be 20/30 to be THE party crowd. There’s life in us older folk too!!
I stay at different places for different vibes around the world.
Personal faves would be four seasons Dubai. St Regis in Miami. But when going with the wives club it’s the Dom rep. Keep the videos coming please for ALL ages xx

I agree with your decisions. I went to breathless in Dec for New Years and the age ranged from 25-45 but I didn't see a party life like I thought I would. Wasn't disappointed but wasn't pleased as well.

Not sure when or where you booked? These two resorts always price out very similar for me. You make it sound like Breathless is 3x more expensive. I have not seen that. That said, I appreciate the videos & reviews.
Currently Breathless is pricing cheaper than CHIC for a group in July.

This review was great. I’m looking for a bachelor group. Was deciding between junior suite at ChiC ( Diamond Club not available) and Xhale club at Breathless w/ bachelor party option. Ahh decisions, decisions.

I LOVE the royalton properties. I remember staying at the royalton chic in Cancun and MAN…..I’ll never forget it. Breathless in Cabo was average at best and reminds me of this comparison lol

@@Coolist Fantastic job as always. We did Elegance in late Feb after seeing your video! Chic was not on my radar but it is now. We have also done Republica, Breathless, The Level @ Melia and Bahia's. Food and drink options are typically the critical issue.
I’m not gonna lie kinda regretting booking at Breathless for this summer. My friend and I are mid-20s looking for a lively party crowd around our age and after seeing your reviews I feel like we might have missed the ball with this one… oh well.
Go Republica unless food is really important. Nothing is going to eclipse the Republica

People in their 20’s normally can’t afford high end resorts. Thus why you see older established people. You need to go to 4 star resorts. Those are where you will find people in their 20’s

Funny when I went to Breathless Punta Cana around 5 years ago I found it to be on young side but also a bit of a shady crowd. I used to like Republica 2018 and 19 but when returned after covid April 2022 and Nov 2022 was also a shady and unattractive crowd

He did a year ago. I went to the Westin Laguna Mar on his recommendation. Next time I go I'm gonna do the JW Marriott on his recommendation next.
He doesn't like all inclusive because the drinks are bland but if you do I stayed at secrets the vine cancun and it was the best !!!!!!
@@Coolist James I've done Westin Cancun because of you. Then I just wrapped up secrets the vine cancun. The next time I go to cancun if it beats out Telum will 100 percent be JW Marriott cancun.

Not sure if it's me, but I like the coca cola here in the U.S than the ones in the D.R. They taste way different to me.

I stay at bavaro princess for 2 weeks the room are nice but isn’t a party hotel food are okay
They how they get you with that property looking nice but over price and the food is not so good

if you think Breathless was too expensive, I can't wait to hear what you think of Hyatt Zilara😄. I paid about $700 a night for my stays there (off peak)😅
