Is hammer the elbow extension and is turn the pronation? Is the wrist and hand release part of the hammer or does it come later since I thought those come after pronation?
...so what I want you to do is to take some balls and begin around about shoulder height right because we learn things down here it's not easy to learn things above our heads I'm not even sure that Michelangelo started by painting ceilings.

I've never seen the serve action explained like this. Makes so much sense. Just the small task of learning to do it now ...
Genius coaching. You've changed my game so much
Genius, I have to try it
Racket drop palm supination, contact open frame, palm pronation, follow through and finishing the swing path
Very very useful. Thank you coach
Brilliant explanation
Very good.
Please make video with all stages of the serve and drills for them. Thanks)
More great advice
Thx
is your trigger finger at the end of the serve ‘not’ wrapped around the grip? Does it start that way or do you point away at the point of pronation

Brilliant
Genius
I have always called it Edge and Turn, but Hammer and Turn might be better for someone who has actually hammered something in their life.
It is a flat serve motion
