I agree on everything except for the bleach. I've found that Dollar Store brands are mostly watered down and that's why they're cheaper. When it comes to disinfecting household items and water purifier it's best to go with a trusted brand. Clorox might be more pricey but there's an old school saying. You get what you pay for.
Bleach is 100% water down. I use bleach to sterilize wood for terrariums. I found that dollar store bleach always takes longer. It's definitely not as strong. Also be careful with dollar store dates, I love the store but some things like bleach do expire and they tend to sell stuff few weeks before the date.
Always read the label. If it doesn't say ON THE FRONT OF THE LABEL "kills 99.999% of germs", it is not going to disinfect On the BACK label, it may say something like, "cleans, sanitizes", etc. When bleach disappeared in 2020 and then started coming back, we were getting off-brand ( not even store brand) scented and "splashless: varieties. So, I went to the Clorox website and looked up info on their products to compare with store brands. Some only clean (scented and "splashless"), while regular bleach disinfects.
Please do walmart next. As a canadian.. its one of the only stores that is everywhere on both sides of the border... very curious what your recommend from them.
I have 12 of those BBQ/proane cylinders....all of the exchanges I used were found curbside in scrap metal piles !!!!...... Cant really beat the price or the ease of exchange at walmart and dozens of other places......... I also like the cooking section at Dollar general , found a 9" lodge skillet for 16 dollars there sunday !!
I like the dollar store aloe vera soap, comes in 2 bars per pack. Aloe vera is supposed to be really good for us. My dollar store also sells canned heat, for $1.25 you get 2 hours of open flame.
Really I know Christmas is not Christ Jesus Birthday but it is really the only reason I celebrate my Lord my King’s Birthday. I do give family home made items (homemade goats milk soap/shea butter soap, canned candied peppers, jellies/jams, paintings) I would give them anyway I will not prostitute Christ Birthday celebration. I have prayed about it I do spend time loving on family sharing Christ light. I love the scriptures you share ☺️. The refillable 1 # tanks are really necessary for me. The refill kits are very useful make sure you know how to use if need hex key or not etc… Im not using my camp chef for heating a can of food. Maybe my buddy heater.
Nice list, Dollar tree in my area food section shrinking and adding more expensive items. Most products are 1,25 Family Dollar and Dollar Tree are owned by the same company. Just some general information
Interesting. I've always heard that refilling the small containers was just plain dangerous!! There for illegal in Canada!! (Of course) You mean you people have access to smaller propane tanks that are legal to refill??!! ❤❤❤THAT would be good news! New subscriber, thank you!! 👃👃👃🥰✌️🇨🇦
Stop prepping with the Dollar General Dollar Aisle save it for families who actually need it, stop the hoarder mind mentality. Big unfollow this greed is just upsetting.
If you would like to buy Chef Prepper a Cup of Coffee, It will be greatly appreciated!

@@leeuwestein101 that is so sad. Some prices seem so out of line. (Talking about junk food and veggies, mostly) ✌️🇨🇦
Not just a DG item, but baby wipes! Good for face and hands too where there's no running water. We've bought a cpl cases.

If you have an Aldi in your area, their brand of Macaroni and cheese is .57 cents a box 😊
TY. Sometimes I will buy the one that has really cheese and you don't need butter.

Even better learn to make your own soap, it really isn't that complicated and I have been doing it for many years. I ran three batches today.
