Bully for sure. I remember how much I hated Todd & somehow became a favorite. At least in the 90s. It's all due to rh's acting & chemistry w/ everyone & someone very fresh & very 90s. The head writer at the time reflected that the Todd character only survived b/c " the actor was so good at showing agony & pain just on his face despite the dialogue " of course as the story went on & things got worse for them.
