The difference could not be larger. Kirill Belurokov is dancing excellent rumba technique and basic Cuban action. Andrey Kiselev is not dancing rumba, but a very, very stiff and hard hip disaster. It´s a still standing stiff hip dance. The opposite of rumba.
The contrast between the two is quite striking. Kirill's rumba is a joy to watch with its proper technique and Cuban action. Andrey's stiff hips do create a very different look. Maybe he could study Kirill's movements and try to incorporate some of the fluidity and softness that are characteristic of rumba. What do you think could help Andrey improve to bring his dance more in line with the traditional rumba style?
