Home gyms in these multi million dollar homes should be bigger for sure. Priorities I guess, but this one looks like you'd be tripping over yourself and the equipment.

Am I the only one thinks the basketball court at the front yard really ruined the whole first impression of the otherwise magnificent mansion? I will be so surprised to know if the house is heritage listed. I love sports, love basketball, loves having your own court, but not this one.

It's redundant, with an indoor court, IMO
I'd make the cost of tearing out the front yard court a stipulation for closing, and restoration of the garden as well

@@sailiante I'd preferentially select the buyer who wanted an outdoor basketball court, if interest enabled me to. This home, owner/s, likely can afford todo so. Even choosing so at a reasonable reduction, it's the environmentally responsible decision to make, one they should have committed to at point of decision to fit such a court.
Buyers could also do their best to purchase homes that they are content with keeping as much as possible as is, if in good condition for longterm finishes/fittings that can't be sold or donated.
Full-size court is very different to a partial court if child/ren with potential / passion for the sport are training.
