Because the bike have an electronical limiter, but in this bike the limiter of the 6th gear works with the speed, not with the revolutions of the engine. Its a weird system, but works in that way.... i really dont know why, but it does. I know people who changed the sprocket and the bike keeps limiting the speed at 135 km/h. If you can deactivate that limiter the stock bike can reach the 150km/h and... with a bigger sprocket can reach 160. Of course that depends of the altitude, the weight and the size of the rider. But its pretty incredible for a single cylinder 200cc bike
