One doubt....total land area is 200 sq yards which means 1800sft and you are saying 1900 sft flat...how is it possible
I think car parking kuda included anukunta
As per hmda 3 floors will be allowed for 200 sq yds, and if we remove set backs, for 200 sq yds hardly it will get around 1400 sft.. but these days builders are over smart.. they are charging more than the actual area..
6.5 sft is the exact area per 1 sq yard after proper setbacks
