@@Soleidus yeah we were doing good, at like 4 wins, lost to them then went “flawless” with a mercy card so it all worked out. I was trying every trick in the book to at least get one kill, it didn’t work.

I matched Benny and gold in trials once I still reflexively flick up evertime I hear heat rises pop
The second one dropped with fluted, HC, snapshot, moving target, shot-action and handling. 92 handling is fucking amazing
Armor piercing is actually really nice. For those ho don't know, It allows you to shoot through teammates, so that means no more shots blocked.
it does look like the longbow, just with the D1 Longview 10 scope, it’s still a good scope out of Shortgaze ans Ambush. Top 3 best scopes imo!
Ldr with hidden hand, snap an shortgaze paired with a last resort lord high fixer, smoked a lotta dudes
I hate to break it to ya but that’s not the longbow at ALL… it’s the blue sniper aarchen that’s already in D2 but with a different scope 😂

The new comp sniper shares almost the exact same model as the Destiny 1 Year 1 Future War Cult sniper "The Chosen" - look it up, same magazine and body minus the front muzzle brake size. I used to rock The Chosen back on Xbox 360; good times!
They used to name FWC weapons with word starts with letter "f" "w" "c" and they completely ruined this tradition in D2 and it's not OK.

I have a elemental capacitor roll. On arc i have 80 range, 84 stability, and 100 handling with snapshot. I dont get the extra aim assist from opening but that 100 handling is so snappy.
these drum&bass intros are literally a masterpiece
I actually really like the tiny reticle. I more ‘feel’ it’s there than see it and appreciate how visible everything is through the scope

I definitely think the opening shot + snapshot is the best combo for something like trials, but if you get a chance, opening shot + discord might be really fun for you in 6v6. Basically get a kill with your primary then swap to the sniper and for 7secs kills refund ammo directly to the mag. Could lead to some crazy kill chains.

Aachen-LR2 but Legendary with smaller scope look at collections... it even has the original scope in the little weapon box
Reticle is stupidly small for no reason, you can barely see it when static and it practically dissappears in certain backrounds.

Heh I didn’t know it was that small until I remove my monitor reticle that I put for destiny tried it with its own reticle can’t really do much so I turned back on my Monitor custom reticle for d2

It's literally the Aachen-LR2 with the Longview SLR10 sight and just recoloured🙃but I guess it's close enough to the longbow🤷🏽♂️

Hey Benny could you show us how you build your warlock I noticed you basically got your full melee back after a kill how does that work?
At the very least it's a combo of Heat Rises (melee energy back from mid-air final blow 50% for guardians) + Fragment where defeating scorched targets gives back melee energy (20% for guardians).

The tiny reticle makes me feel like it’s great for flicks/quick scopes but a nightmare for hard scoping it.
Less distracting and lower likelyhood of target fixating on the reticle, but when you do need a reticle.. it blows. Lol.

Also got a snapshot, opening shot after my 1st 10 games and I agree, the reticle is too small.
Usually, I like small reticles (love Thoughtful) but on this sniper it's just so tiny it's barely visible under perfect conditions and vanishes completely in some lighting, Rather annoying cause I really wanted to like this sniper.

AACHEN looks more like longbow than mercerial
the difference between Aachen and Longbow is the muzzle, and aachen doesnt have the underbarrel attachment (dont know if its supposed to be some sort of bipod or not) I know its just nitpicky stuff and they're all basically the same sniper with the same base model, but I really just wanted to have ACTUAL Longbow back, name and all. Personally dont care for the bigger muzzle on Aachen and Mercurial, much preferred the slimmer design of Longbow.
