If I were the boss, I'll definitely give the pregnant woman a maternity leave and I'll do it according to the UAE government law, because the UAE government decided to give the pregnant women 3 months off ((90 days to be more exact))

In any case, in Germany, such clauses are considered immoral and are automatically ineffective. In addition, a pregnant woman with a permanent employment contract cannot be dismissed (or only with official approval, which is not easy to obtain). This applies from the beginning of pregnancy to 4 months after birth. If the person concerned takes parental leave, the ban on dismissal also applies during this period.

Honestly, I am 7 months pregnant and am watching these videos. At my workplace, I don’t get breaks nor am I getting a paid maternity leave. It’s all unpaid… Plus, it’s seems that if I ask for any sort of help, my boss threatens to cut my hours instead of letting another person help me around the store. But I’m noticing more and more that my boss seems to be trying to make me leave on my own. By handing me the harder parts of the jobs and making me work the busiest days of the week alone.
