The cost of the houses is dependent on a few factors. For example, how close or further away from the road . Houses close to the road tend to be a little more pricey compared to those that are a little interior. The range is KES 10000(76 USD) to 15000(113 USD). There is normally a one month deposit plus deposit for amenities like water,power, and garbage collection.
