    Created space and time in breakout for eight strangers to connect. Asked them to share as superficial or deeply, as much or as little as they felt comfortable following my example 'Right now I'm feeling __vulnerable___ and by the end of the meeting I'd like to feel ___ energized______." In chat or verbally several commented on anxiety and curiosity. Looking forward to meeting with them over the next three weeks.

    On part one I was hit with being clear on the meeting intentions and think of the whole. Part 2 hit me with plan an ending!! Definitely!
