I've tried nearly all the hardware and software bass processors
All the Zoom bass units as well
The B2 Four has the best selection of comps, preamps, drives, and amp/cabs on the market
I don't use special effects much, so i won't comment on those
But for a multi-amp DI box for $249...
Best in class
My ONLY gripe is the cab baked into each amp. But damn, they sound fantastic.

Anyone else looking forward to have all this power in a MS-60B single pedal unit?
Only a couple of weeks until the MS-60B+ is available, I'm really looking forward to it! I wonder how it compares to this one, where they cut corners and if there might be any improvements. Also how it compares to the B1 Four.

Thanks for this demo. Nice tour of some of the built in presets. I have the B1 Four and it's a great little unit. I would upgrade but won't for 2 reasons. For one, the preset names are too confusing. Why would you name them after songs, most of which I would guess, many have not heard of. Name them after their effect or sound, like in the B1 Four. And two. too many preset options. I know that may sound contradictory, we like our choices, but after a certain point, it gets overwhelming.
Hey man great video!! Am just seeing this pedal cause i was looking at the zoom b6 however this one falls in my budget more. Question can you store you store selected sounds to a bank or one switch??? Instead of clicking until you reach the sound you want
This one sound very good. The only thing I don't get - does it have speaker sim or not?
It does. Unfortunately you can't change the speaker sims like in other Zoom units. The amp and cab are combined into one unit. Hope this helps, Brent

@MuhammadAli-vp7qt sorry part of my reply was to another comment. The sounds I have heard from the B6 sound amazing.
There's différent types of compressors in the B6 (and I suppose also in the B2) I used a lot the Dbx160 or the bass Limiter

It seems 80% of the sounds presented are od/dist. How many bass players have use for those in the real world? Are bass players really mostly frustrated guitar players? I don’t think so.
More bass sounds and less treble, comoressor sounds and bass synth sounds would be interesting to hear.
I'm not sure what country your from, so that could be it, but in the U.S. at least overdrive is by far the most popular effect other than compression and eq. Even genres like pop, which rarely involve real basses, use distortion/fuzz/overdrive to thicken bass in the mix.

I disregard your comment regarding what country I’m from, it’s just ignorant.
Of course I know that OD in various forms are being used to get some ‘hair’ and extra presence but my comment was regarding that I PERSONALLY find most of these distortion sounds in stomp boxes and multi effects very overrepresented and not of a quality that really helps the player get a good sound.
Of course this is an opinion that may be argued but when scrolling through presets in these multi effects this is a reoccurring thought going through my experienced bass head 😉
I’m not saying I’m right, I’m just speculating many players, especially beginners, are made believe they need these sounds when they actually might not.
