Good stuff yet again @Mark. I'm on my first real vacation in some time; of course I brought my Adex club and adjustable cmpt kettlebell. I forgot my mat and since I trained outdoors, I used your new videos for halos & around the worlds to warm-up 👍
would you consider filming a couple of your own work out sessions? would be very interesting to see. just a couple of different variations that you would use in your own life:)
the standing up part seems to be smooth, with no hip snap as in the swing, is that really so? i suppose that staying low all the time is also a good exercise, looks like a loaded low horse stance with weight shifting, but is more advanced than the one you're showing? great series, thanks a lot.
Hi Mark again UK here ! Its great for these updates on Kettle moves and the Q n A are fantastic ! Keep up your thoughtfull and thorough vids ! And second the T- shirt idea or feet parallel ? 😁💣💯💥
i talk about weights in programming videos. these are just for technique and i find that mentioning weights in technique videos can encourage people to attempt weights outside of their current capabilities
Hello Mark. Why are you doing the same exercises again? You have shown all this before. In pretty good detail. How about a juggling series? Also, many many times you said you would have a series where with the feet moving. "That comes later". Well we just had the swing with the feet moving. No other exercise as far as I remember.
because im presenting the information in a series so that the information is laid out for people new to kettlebelling. i haven't seen anyone lay out the information in a series of exact lessons in order so im doing that
@@MarkWildman yeah but you could also just create a playlist - like you did for mace. Where all the information is correctly ordered. And meanwhile show us new stuff ;)
I suggest you make a Wildman Athletica shirt that says "stand all the way up".
How about a second shirt that says "Squeeze your glutes" .
Front says, "Stand all the way up."
Back says "And squeeze your glutes".
@@CalTN and right below the neck "Crown to coccyx alignment"

And a "breathe behind the shield" T-shirt for true aficionados.
Great technique, perfect for warmup.... thanks MW for all your work 💪😎
Thanks Mark!
Thanks for the videos Mark. Enjoying your way of explaining the exercises.

Another excellent video.
Great content
enjoying the content. in the playlist, the numbers are not in order for your logical progression. please fix it!
I too was wondering if this should be the the third video as shown on the playlist, instead of what's written on it as it's the fith ...
Mark, can you mention every time the weight of KB you are practising with at the moment? All the best from Bulgaria

@@MarkWildman ok, i understand. thank you
Woop Woop 🥳🥳
Ty!
Specificity is Mark’s middle name.
Fantastic. Due to the forearm pump and grip fatigue, do you recommend this at the end of the workout as a "final burn"?
it certainly can be used that way
Can you modify this for a fighter stance like Muay Thai or boxing
Yes. This is just the basic version
