Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).

A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.

A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

Love the Haier fridge freezer - sadly we currently don’t have space for their double width one. Might look at their single ones though as we will need a new one soon.
Cool! We do exactly the same; my husband and I sit down on sunday and meal plan for the week. I do the shopping on Sunday because it is so super quiet in the supermarket. Love your fridge - never heard of the brand, I think we don’t have it in the Netherlands. A wine free month- great idea but I feel like I only survive these lonely lockdowns with some nice cold bottles of wine in the fridge 🤪
@Life In A Mum Shell that is cool! I love to shop online but with the lockdown now everything is booked and a lot of stuff is sold out. On Sundays my husband is at home so I take my chance 🤪 . I know how stressful shopping can be with 3 kids. So you have 3 boys, amazing right? I had 3 boys but my middle child now is a girl. He behaves like a girl and has been telling us since he is 3,5 that he is a she. I never thought this would happen to us and it is really hard but in the end you want your child to be happy ❤️ how old are your boys?

The best part in the fridge is the pattern of fruits tray... It was so handy to grab fruits rather than normal drawer style

I love your fridge so high tech! We dont have that one in Canada and absolutely love your meal plan!.. Since the last couple weeks I feel like we have been eating a lot of takeout but I'm switching back to meal prep which should help get us back on track 😁
We LOVE the birthday Oreos! I make homemade rice crispies and flavor them with crunched up birthday Oreos. SO GOOD! 😋

Hi Emily. Me & my husband plan for the meals every Sunday too & it makes life so much easier rather then thinking on the day... Also I love your fridge, it has so much storage space & I love the extra bit which you can convert to your own covinence. PS, I didn't know u can put potatoes & onions in the fridge. Learnt something new today.

We are preparing for Thanksgiving so our fridge and freezer is full to the gills with yummy things. I love seeing what other people buy at the grocery store. Especially in other countries. It's so interesting to see brands and foods that are not common to me.

We wrote a 5 week healty meal plan about 2 yeras ago, including breakfast, lunch, snacks and that is what we use. We save the time of weekly meal planning and it is so easy to write the shopping list.
2-3 times in a year we review and make some changes if we want to.
We are not 100% stick to it though since we always have the same food in a 5 week period. Sometimes we try new recepies, or we want to eat jacket potato not pasta bake we just change it for that week. :-)

Do you do a meal plan ? If not, that could be why ? I only ask as that used to happen with me before I planned the weeks meals. I also keep a little store cupboard. May need extra milk now and again or something I may have forgotten but only 1 shop per week. It's saved me a fortune too as I was an impulse buyer. 💖
@@carolinejohn4537 I don't do a meal plan like Emily's where its planned for the week. Mine is usually for the next day or day after. But for me I usually run out of snacks and fruit first. Im always scared to get too much fruit and then it goes to waste.
@@BookWormNerd101 I see. Perhaps you could try doing the meal plan just for one week and see how you fair. If you are just topping up on fruit hen, that's not a bad thing. Good luck anyway.

Wow wow wow the fridge is amazing!! I cannot wait to upgrade mine, I have realised that my monthly shop is way too unhealthy for me my partner and our son. I need more fruit and veg in our diet. I would like to have more vary in my sons diet also. Its always samey I think I'm going to look up some good recipes for little ones and to help us eat healthier. Thank you for your help 😍

In that bottom fridge cabinet I would put kids snacks little juices and snack packs or whatever apples and stuff that would be so fun for my kids

I love that you eat really healthy! Our fridge and pantry have very similar items...love it! Saw that you have soy sauce....you might really like coconut aminos. Lower sodium and haa a little bit of a sweet taste. I use that for my Asian cooking and my son loves it and I dont have to worry about sodium content. Thought you might like that! 🤗
