At 9:15 I think they all in the background had become *Rama* and the day is Dussehra coz you can see the 10 headed demon, *Ravana* when they both walk towards each other and lots of fired arrows flying towards it. This happens on every Dussehra when a person becomes Rama and fires on the big puppet of Ravana as we have continued tradition from Ramayana.
I think it depicts that after fighting all the problems and situations they are finally together. In Ramayana, lord ram had to fight to get her wife Sita back from Ravana (the ten-headed statue you talk about) and this scene is the same as that of after killing Ravana. Here in the movie the Ravana burning in the background signifies burning of the evil that they fought and are meeting each other after so much.. that is why in IMDB, it said ETERNAL LOVE!

Remake of Devdas with a touch of Bahubali... didn't like it... specifically the time... 1945 just 2years before independence and after world shattering WW2... should have changed the timing to make it atleast a little believable

Somehow Achara has really good inputs when it comes go guessing what is going on in the movie just by seeing a Teaser. This has happened before too. Achara is your Main Girl here.
Watch the trailer carefully.. They show that Alia is getting married to aditya roy kapoor... Later he is seen in bed with sonakshi.. And we obviously see varun and Alia's love story blooming.. That is what the name of the movie signifies.. Kalank(it loosely translates to your reputation being spoiled.) And Achara was right.. That was the celebration of dussehra at the end.. We do actually burn large statues of Raavan every year(you can do some research, would help you understand the culture better), but since this is about ramayana.. It's Ram and hanuman not krishna... But all credits to Achara for being close.. Jaby you are dumb🤣🤣JK.

It's Rama, not Krishna, it's a pity that we Indians don't recognize our own ancient history and culture and then think it's cool to not one about it and joke.
Have I missed something? Where has Jaby been not inclusive? Is there anything besides the example of him asking his followers on what content they would like? That was the only example you gave. That example you gave was a while back where Jaby was still trying to find his feet and get to grips with the culture of his audience. He was learning about new cultures and that's why the question was presented as he didn't want to offend anyone. Remember that he was separating his channels at that time because shoving everything under one label was effectively confusing the audience's expectations. I believe inclusion is actually catering to the audience's demands, and so doing what they wanted and asking them to be sure is inclusive. Saying that Jaby was also annoyed that he had to separate his content into different streams because he felt like different cultures should be appreciated by each other. But in the end, he can only influence that by leading this drive. He has to stay on top and cater to demands of the audience and slowly influence his own personality. It's unfair to expect anything else. If you've found someone who has been able to do that better, that's all good. But right from the beginning Jaby has been respectful of all cultures and that is where the whole Bollywood reactions thing started. I think it could be valid criticism that he hasn't reacted to more of Pakistani cinema or the like. Have you found anyone that has merged that in with there content better? Has this been mentioned to Jaby. He has mainly been reacting to what has been suggested to him, which is the nature of reaction channels.

While I loved the teaser.. I just felt like let down by the casting choice for the male characters. While Varun Dhawan is very charismatic I feel like he is at his best in the masala genre and Aditya Roy Kapur doesn't scream exciting.

The more I look at it it really feels like a lot of different locations in the world and that too all in different eras - as if all the characters belong to different parts of the world and that too from different eras --- it would have worked as a parallel world story as well but I think they plan to use the whole Muslim - Hindus issue 🤷
I loved how the teaser looks. Visually, just beautiful. It reminds me of Sanjay Leela Bhansali movies (Devdas, Bajirao Mastani etc). But interested to see how Karan Johan tackles a historical drama. Hope the story is as solid.

While I loved the teaser.. I just felt like let down by the casting choice for the male characters. While Varun Dhawan is very charismatic I feel like he is at his best in the masala genre and Aditya Roy Kapur doesn't scream exciting.

Man that really didn't feel like pre independence India that felt more like ancient India mixed with way too modern India 🤔 - it was like a parallel world ? 🤣
The more I look at it it really feels like a lot of different locations in the world and that too all in different eras - as if all the characters belong to different parts of the world and that too from different eras --- it would have worked as a parallel world story as well but I think they plan to use the whole Muslim - Hindus issue 🤷
I loved how the teaser looks. Visually, just beautiful. It reminds me of Sanjay Leela Bhansali movies (Devdas, Bajirao Mastani etc). But interested to see how Karan Johan tackles a historical drama. Hope the story is as solid.
