Hey man, great video but I have to disagree with you on taking money up front. We operate in a small town, that makes word of mouth much more important than in larger areas. We do not take money down unless the materials are custom or cannot be returned. This method has served us well and gives our potential customers confidence that we will do what we say we are going to do. I am positive this has gained us more business than it has hurt us on non-payments. Also the small town seems to make customers more likely to pay their bill as everyone knows everyone in this area.
