Can we get an in-car three way argument between Matt, Cammisa, and Jonny with Zach attempting to moderate as him and Jonny flop around in the back seats like a loose Pelican case?
Yeah I like the in-car podcast, feels very natural. I'm used to seeing these guys driving so it makes sense - and I like the carspotting while they're at it

28:23 Lol. It looked like the Toyota SUV on the left lane and you both went for the middle lane at the same time. That's why it beeped at you. It was the blind spot monitoring system.
A side note about the Mercedes G, it is already being sold in Europe with an I6 turbodiesel. The previous gen had a V6 diesel called the G350 CDI and now there is the G400d with the I6 diesel.
I’ve noticed that with autopilot (basic and fsd) you can control the throttle yourself (beyond the usual 5 over speed limit barrier on non highway roads) and the car will steer.
The Mach E GT is so bad. They just increased the power curve down low to get a better 0-60, but over 85-90 they hit a brick wall. They trap 102 in the quarter, which is what a non GT Mach E traps. And it was allegedly benchmarked against the Model Y performance that runs high 11’s at 112-114mph? Strange car.
I once had to call the state cops because a semi truck had one of the access door/tool boxes on the sleeper cab open, and he had about 20' of chain dragging, throwing sparks and getting closer to his drive axles... Dude *would not* respond to honking/waving/flashing, so he absolutely earned his ticket (I had enough time to give the PD his license plate, trailer plat, and dot numbers 😂 🐀
I dunno about y'all but I'm personally a big fan of Hyundai/Kia separating steering assist and adaptive cruise. Sometimes I want to keep adaptive cruise going but turn off lane centering if there's construction or inconsistent roads. NIce episode, y'all.
VW does too! Have a "Travel Assist" button on the steering wheel to turn the steering assist on, at least on my GTI, and the lane assist is easily disabled (and REMAINS disabled after you restart the car) using the button on the end of the blinker stalk. Thier Adaptive Cruise works decently, but 100% it's a "trust... BUT verify" system. Every once in a while it makes an odd decision 😂
Re Adaptive cruise control, I’m always surprised by the systems that allow you to use the system in low visibility settings. I know I’ve used different OEM systems (all radar and cameras) that wouldn’t turn on in terrible weather.
They are 3 ways to disable fsd turning the weel hitting the brakes and pushing up on the stalk so if the car was going that fast why did he wait so long or why turn the weel when you can just hit the brakes to both disable fsd and brake at the same time not deffending fsd just dont see why he would wait that long
@@kenton250 No, I was 32 seconds before the first one, 46 seconds before the second one, iirc. But I wasn't _sure_ until I refreshed the vid in the app. And I left the question mark in place, rather than editing it out, as now it can indicate my genuine surprise.
Interesting how they avoided talking about scrub radius, that because these two have no idea what scrub radius is.IMHO, these guys are not real cars guys, just content creators looking for their niche. it will probably be watches, cigars, bourbon or whatever way the wind is blowing for the cool kids.
Lol they've (especially Matt) been testing cars, stock and modified since you were in diapers probably😂😂 he's got more knowledge and experience in his pinky than you ever will, so sit down Jr

oh btw the new Tesla model 3 performance is a better performance sedan than the new Ioniq n
Hyundai > Tesla in interior, build quality and overall engineering all day everyday. I ignored this when Tesla first launched(because they were a new company then so a few issues would be understandable) and I had hope that Tesla might fix their quality issues, but nope, 12 years down the line and it's as crappy as ever, they opted for cheaper manufacturing processes and surprise surprise, its still crappy and at this rate, wont be getting better anytime soon. When they first launched, they were the only game in town, but now every single manufacturer has their own electric products and 90% are WAY better when it comes to quality. The only valuable thing about Tesla is their battery tech and software. Every other metric, they fall way short of the new competition. And it shows. There are 45k of them sitting on lots unsold, they're having to rent abandoned shopping mall parking lots to store them😂😂
Hey I’m the downhill skateboard racer who exploded in turkey! Cool video! I love the road you guys are driving in the video, skate it all the time!
No way really?
Whoa that’s crazy. Hope you’re healing well!
Love the car spotting and podcast on the move format. And you can always have a guest sliding around on the backseat too

Would probably be 40-60 lbs or so more for power seats... not 150

Zach totally missed ESPN 8 The Ocho reference. "It's a bold strategy Cotton. Let's see if it pays off for them."
Yea, isn’t that Dodgeball?
Exactly. If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. @@NaRdo_Slay27

Love this style of Podcast! You guys are awesome!
Indy 500 and the IndyCar Series in general is FANTASTIC.
Did they just completely miss discussing Ioniq 5 N vs Macan EV?
13:43 those barriers are doing a good job of making sure you drive straight off the mountain if you lose it haha
I think I checked to see if my blinker was on at least a dozen times during this podcast lol
The Rimac tech in the Hyundai Ioniq N is impressive! Great colab!!!

Very curvy roads can be a struggle for ioniq 5. Often touches the line
I always forget that some "car guys" dont care about motorsports

LOL @ the screen turning off. Welcome to Hyundai's automotive software glitches.

Good flannel
Fuck I want that wagon but I'm too broke.
4 cats and a mach e, I'm surprised Matt doesn't catch more flack
What do you mean...?
Him being a cat person explains everything.
Get some ivermectin for the cats and the wife. It's not just for horses. 🙄

Maybe it’s just me, but I enjoy the thumbnails.
So you don’t like looking at pics of asses w/ butt plugs in them?
audi is going down sales-wise due to their past heritage in America..sudden accer4ation and bad quality

There is a reason no one is talking about that car 😂
