Very good video. I have a 2.0 TDI cbbb with long crank time. Maybe 30 seconds. When it has standing still overnight. Seems like the rail loses the fuel and need to build up pressure. I have done the test you show in the video and it delivers 180 ml on 30 seconds of idle. A bit to much? Then i have tried a vacuum test on the N276 and it cant hold any vacuum. It emptys til fuel rail into the returnline. Is the vacuum test right? should it hold the vacuum? There are no dtc stored. Hope someone can help. thanks for the good video :)
Can someone please help me on this one. I have replaced fuel pressure regulator(N276) on my Audi A3 8PA TDI and fixed the no start issue, but now engine shakes very rapidly on idle. He did not shake that much before replacement. So my question is do I need to do adaptation of the new fuel pressure regulator(N276) in VCDS? Maybe that is why my car is shaking so much now, no adaptation is done? There is option in VCDS to reset the N276 and also an option to do the adaptation of N276, but I am afraid to do it as I could brake something if no adaptation is necessary. Please help. Thank you
Okey dod the test in 1 min about 250ml i think its okey Btw a4 b8 2.0tdi 2009 I have p008800 and p008700 High and low pressure Problem is that car shut down when i driving and want to stop it seem like he cant handle that drop of rpm how that dont give enough fuel
Thanks for watching No it was blocked because , the fuel volume which was discharged from the regulator did not meet the quantity specified by the manufacturer , for example : engine idling, pressure regulator fuel discharged volume 100 ml in 30 seconds time and the DTC was : fuel rail pressure too high.
@@stanhopeautorepaircentrewardak do you know if the specs are the same for a vw t5 2.0? 2010 caab.. looks like a nice easy test to perform as i have a p0088 code :(

Hi, I did the same test and I have 180 ml in 30 seconds, is it an issue? Audi Q5 2.0 TDI.

Did you try adaptation?
Did you prime the fuel pump/lines after replacing the N276?

Como obtengo la información de relación el manual ?
I assume that the regulating valve was ok because there was a small amount of fuel in the container.
Thanks for watching

can you send me this pdf doccument ?tank you
So, did u replace it?
Yes,but after i found metal swarfs in the high pressure fuel pump.
@@stanhopeautorepaircentrewardak I can find swarfs every time from fuel filter when I do big maintenance to my CAYC Jetta. It’s typical issue.
