The slew limiting of Maths can serve a number of functions. In this case, we'll take a clock input and use one channel of Maths as a clock divider. This is mentioned on page 20 of the Maths manual.
Yes, I see aliasing on the RCD at audio rates, too. I don't really use it for audio though, usually just sub-audible clock rates. I do have a second mini-skiff with another tool that's good for division (and multiplication) at audio rates, though. That will be in some future videos...
