The Smokey Quartz is my favorite. I prefer matte shades and then add a separate topper from VB if I choose to. I find that some of TF's shimmers don't have enough pigment and I've been disappointed in them. I really don't need another palette, but I have no self-control today. Thanks for the great tutorial - so easy to follow. Would love some instruction on doing a small wing eyeliner.
There's always one shade I want to swap out with every single one of the TF quads. Usually it's because two shades are just too similar but other times it's one shade needs replacing for whatever contrasting shade is required. The formula sounds so good but I'm not getting anything. I've bought so many palettes since Nov onwards and I've just added the Signature palette from Vanity Makeup - I haven't touched most of them!!! Time for a reality check I think. I have enough makeup to sink 2 ships, I'm drawing the line and saying .... "enough", I want to use my existing products. All three quads really dud look very lovely and the peach shade is just gorgeous, perfect for the spring/summer 😊 Much love 💗

But there they were, less than a day on our own Bijenkorf website here in The Netherlands, i was so happy, bought all 3 of them as soon as i could, because ordering TF from USA and even from the UK it's mostly impossible, don't know why. I saw them earlier on the French Sephora website, but sold out. So i was so happy that our own Bijenkorf bought a couple of them!!! Did not use them yet, don't have them very long but they swatch like a dream. And the mattes remind me a bit of the legendary Cocoa Mirage, maybe not exactly the same, but what what a beautiful formula!!! Thanks for all the demonstrations/tutorials, loved it!!!!! Just ordered the rose topaz, think it will work well on my fair complexion. Trying to not order any of the others and hold out for the metal lust to come back in stock. Hello Michelle. Can you do a wear test with one of these pallets? As you know cream shadows crease throughout the day which is why I've been hesitant to buy this. I would like to see how long does it take for the eyeshadow to crease. That's if it does crease at all.

I thought Tiger's Eye would be my favorite because I just adore anything having to do with that stone, but of these three, I liked the Rose Topaz best. All Matte pallettes just bring me no joy so it's tough to get excited about Smokey Quartz. I'm glad to hear that they all performed well though.
Yesssss I just got Rose Quartz in today, ordered based on your opinion, and was so happy to see this formula!!! It's like Natasha Denona's Cream to powder but a little less dense, more light weight, and I LOVE this kind of formula. I've decided since I have so much eyeshadow I'm going to stop buying anything but these cream like powder textures. (Chanel quad mattes have it, Westman Atelier, ND's CP, THE Charlotte Tilbury super Nudes easy palette has it, the Dior Backstage palettes are similar the Sisley le phyto singles have it (especiallytheir matte ones)... I look for anything made like this now so let us know every time you come across a formula with this kind of texture...There is never any fallout and you get that skin like texture appearance on the eye. Plus i usually apply my shadows with my fingers, even gotten good at doing 3 and 4 shade eye looks with fingers, and these creamy shades are the easiest to manipulate for that in my opinion. I want the other two now!! Anyway thanks Michele, LOVE ITTTTT

Gosh these are beautiful. Like someone else said, I expected to not like the all-matte quad, but that look was my favourite! So beautiful for a sultry, sexy smoky look. Hi-wow-that golden “peach” tone in Tiger Eye swatched much lighter than I thought it would! I didn’t order the Rose Topaz because it looked cooler, and I don’t care for cool color stories on my eyes. I have Smoky Quartz coming because i was delighted to have a creamy all matte formula that is now ‘elevated’ in this color story, in my collection.. I have the old Viseart Warm palette with similar colors… so I needed an update! Can’t wait!
So glad you’ve done this review, I’ve picked up all 3 along with the bitter peach belle de peche. The later has arrived already and it is very peachy - interesting to see so much peachy colour in the TF quads recently - I’m a bit concerned that there is a lot of “similarities” in the new quads now that perhaps it wasn’t worth getting all four. Are you going to do a Bitter Peach Quad review? One thing interesting is I found it hard to pick up the product with the Bitter Peach new formula - would be interested to see how you go.

I really appreciate you for introducing these quads to me. As a person whose skin is very similar to Oprah's, I am not convinced that either will even show on me. I really need to see it to believe it. The formula sounds fantastic though and the Tiger Eye and Smokey Quartz palettes looked great on you.
I chose Rose Topaz because I prefer cooler toned shadows. Mine arrives tomorrow and I can’t wait. Smokey quartz looks beautiful, but I rarely (actually never) do an all matte look, so I would need to bring in another palette or single and for $88 I shouldn’t need too. I have Mink Mirage and I’m not sure I’ve ever used it. Tiger’s eye is way too warm/orange.
You are one of the only YTers who doesn’t pack on the shadow like you’re trying to pan it in the first week. I really appreciate that aesthetic.

I really need to see it to believe it. The formula sounds fantastic though and the Tiger Eye and Smokey Quartz palettes looked great on you.
I think i can see some warm rose in the matte satin midtone, dark brown and light cooler metallic. It’s DEFINITELY more TOPAZ than ROSE.
Congrats again on the 200k! How does this formula compare to the wet/dry? Any preference? Thank you!
I chose Rose Topaz because I prefer cooler toned shadows. Mine arrives tomorrow and I can’t wait. Smokey quartz looks beautiful, but I rarely (actually never) do an all matte look, so I would need to bring in another palette or single and for $88 I shouldn’t need too. I have Mink Mirage and I’m not sure I’ve ever used it. Tiger’s eye is way too warm/orange.
