I really like the way you made your rails. Thanks for ideas to hold down the cut stock.
You are welcome!
Square metal tube are not straight, mainly by the way they are produced and shipped. I did mine with a 50x30 mm tracks, but for the carriage guides I used 1x1x1/4 in extruded aluminum L shape with 6 hex bolts screwed to the metal tube so that I could adjust the straightness of the guides, The track saw I did is 2.20 meters long so I am able to cut MDF panels, and I also made Circular saw bed with fixtures to install a Router if I ever need to route something long. Just a tip !
planning to build a big cnc machine but im torn on the price for a steel round and the limitations of its sizes.. i just amazed at how he used square metal and bearings as his track and planning to adopt it instead of linear bearings.. with your tip may i see how you have done yours,, just to debate my ideas on what to use.. thank you
the best idea ever thank you from slovenia
Many thanks for your compliment!!!
This jig is really great and practical, I have to make one for myself, thanks for this interesting and important video
Thank you and welcome!
Excellent!
Very simple and practical, not very expensive looking either.
Thank you so much!
I am from Russia, I translate through Google translator, so I apologize for the mistakes. Your idea is very great! Not only did you save my money, but I was ready to give it away, but did not know how to implement what you showed on the video. Thank you very much !
You are welcome! Let make it for you!
Well worth making - great idea and execution!!
Thank you so much!
very cool build, kind of like an inverted table saw on a budget
Great ideas,,, thanks for sharing. New friend n suporter. Stay safe n connected
Thank you so much!
Kreatif dan hasil sangat memuaskan
Salam sukses
What wonderful work!! Congratulations on the perfection of the details!! You gained another subscriber!! Big hug from Brazil!!
Bom trabalho... Simples e objetivo..... Parabéns..... Abraço.
Thank you so much!
Someone buy this man a chop saw!
Thank you!
Slider looks nice.... The table clamping system is a bit primitive though... Clamping down a piece of wood with a wrench is slow not to mention a pain. What about large plastic knobs on the bolts?
Many thanks for your opinions!
Exactly or even small butterfly style nut would do the job
Mantap Bosque,salam dari Indonesia 🇮🇩
Thank you so much!
Fine job, easy and practical. May be one tip. Make knobs for fasten the wood … greetings from us in Holland 🌷🌷
Thank you so much!
Maestrooo...!!! Excelente video...Gracias desde Bs. As...Argentina...!!!
Thank you so much!
Again I got useful information to make a sliding saw.
This is brilliant, Im blown away
Thank you!
Thank you so much!
So many movements to make one cut?! This is a fiasco, bro!
*¡¡¡ BUEN TRABAJO !!!*
Un Cordial saludo.
Many thanks for your opinions!
wow, it's clear that using nut and wrench with bench clamp is much easier than using wooden knob for mechanistic 😅
I think 16 ball bearing and two square tubes is too complex and heavy pattern, but the idea was really deserved
Thank you so much!
O melhor de todos👏👏👏
Thank you!
Show de bola 👏👏👏👏👏👏tamos juntos
Thank you!
Sıkıştırma vidalarını kelebek yapmanız daha faydalı olurdu. Good working.
Many thanks for your advise.
Excelente trabajo ,creo que voy a intentar hacerlo.
Thank you. You should make it!
Crafts DIY..good working
Thank you!
Thanks for your video is a safest idea💪💪💪❤ More power to your Channel!🙏
Thank you so much!
Awesome. Much respect
Thank you so much!
Gracias felicitaciones y siempre adelante
Thank you so much!
Tu devrais fournir un document PDF, peux-tu me l’envoyer ? Merci et continue, j’ai apprécié ! 👍🏻
Thank you so much! But I don't have drawing to share. Sorry!
Excellent idea and presentation. This design could easily be expanded to do full sheet (4' x 8') cutting as well for cabinet work. Kudos for the simple design!
many thanks for your suggestions!
@@TadoCreation Yes ! The only improvement I would maybe do (a little bit more complexes) is to have 4 ball baring rolling *FLAT* on each side of the square hollow tube, precisely for a lengthy full board cuts. I have a feeling that the *Flat* way is more stable and subject to *less* wear and tear / calibration. The *Flat* way also will not create channels on the tubes/axes.
@@TadoCreation can you help with the material name and size. I will create this , it looks sturdy enough to cut entire ply of 8*4 as wayne said.
Please provide the details
New Subscriber. Keep the videos coming
Thank you so much!
@@TadoCreation you're welcome
espetacular Parabens
I keep admiring this video
Thank you so much!
@@TadoCreation They gave you thumbs down a little bit , because the equipment is cheap ! Hehe "They" think those axes - which are really sqare hollow tubes - are inaccurate . If you showed them how you tested the Tubes / axes with a Micrometer , they would have Thunbs You up to death. Very expensive No Rust round axes with like SBR25 for examples - are very accurate. But even there , the ball bearring tiny balls are heaving a "small game" (Your game / spill is LOWER than that, because you do not have ball bearings, and you can calibrate this "game" to a minimum). If you tested their accuracy , I surrely prefer your method, and NOT because it is cheap. Also only one of the Tubes / Axes / Rods have to be streight edge accurate *HORIZONTALLY* only in order for your setup To work like a charm, since it is so cheap then you can do a tool to cut up to a full board length with THICKER square tube . (If you want sbr50 and up it will cost you a fortune) Thanks for the VID again
modern wood saw table
Thank you!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice Job soldier
Thanks!
very nice work. What bearing did you use?
Thanks!
can you tell me if you can adapt the template to 45°? Israel //Brazil
Haha~!
Good idea. Only thing i would do is to get wing nuts for the clamps.
Thanks!
Como fazer sopraďđ
otimo trabalho.
Wow this amazing bro ..
Thank you!
Yes, sir. Please share me another way to tighten bolt. Thank you!

Good job my friend‘👍
Thanks!
That is awesome 😎👍🤜🤛💥
Thanks!
Good amazing 👌👌👌👌👌🌹🌹🙏🙏
Thank you!
Many thanks!
👍👍👍
Amazing to what lengths people go to avoid learning to make straight freehand cuts. Nice engineering, though.
lol
Mantap.....
Thank you!
Would you please give me a list of all the hardware and materials you used to make this along with all your cut measurements. I would really like to make myself one. It's really the best one I've seen.
Thank you so much! And please see detail materials in video help me.
What do you mean by "video help me"? Where do I find that option at because I can't find it anywhere?
Many thanks for your suggestions!
your video is cool mr... if you can detail the size of the material needed it really helps me for beginners who don't understand... can I ask for details of the material and size... thanks
Please see detail in video help me. Because now I can't share drawing or detail plans.
I don't see the profit against a radial saw.
But it is a idea and nice work.
Many thanks for your opinion!
What is Nice meant to you ?
@@sotheateschea8407 Why is it importend to you? You did't make it.
@@billydewillie297 is it important if I made it ?
@@sotheateschea8407 No, it is not, but your question is also not important.
Very creative
Muito bacana parabéns
Thank you!
Very easy for someone with a welder yes
👍👍👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹🌹
Wish I saw this before throwing out the old rollers from my garage door.
I'm assuming that the rail you use is 3.5-cm or 1.3-inch square bar. Is that right? Thanks!
excellent idea but you can do easy by using wing nut instead of open wrench
Hi there,
It is very good presentation. Do you have any dimensional drawings. I am interested.
Thanks
Thanasis
Ideia maravilhosa
Thank you!
This is better than table and miter saw
Yes, sure!
great idea
Thank you!
Great Idea.. 👍👍👍,
what is the size or number of bearing?
Hi friend, number of bearing is 6200.
@@TadoCreation I think any reasonable size will work. It is not like is has to "Fit" something. But I would chose a decent quality, since they dont cost much at all, I think less than a $1 each, hehehehehehe
As a kind request would be willing to share your steel tube measurements
Gracias
Saludos
I don't have plan to share. Sorry!
very very good
What is the brand of welding machine that you used?
You can refer this one: bit.ly/3uha3Tl
Yes, bro!
Good job sir 👍 👍 👍
Thank you!
The lower bearrings lose in material thickness..because they are lower than the hight of the circular base...so that makes this jig to lose in material thickness you are able to cut. If the lower bearings will be at least at the same hight with the circular base...then you gain the exact material thickness you can cut with it.. as the blade alows you. Other than that.. is a simple jig .. to do your job. Cheers.
Many thanks for your advises!

Klllly
I like it❤❤
Thanks!
consigo fazer com um trilho cilindrico?
Cool but a lot of work for something you can make with 2 straight pieces of wood. Screw down a smaller guide onto a piece of larger wood, put the circular saw fence and cut the wood, thats it. Now you have a guide as small or long as you want to make it and portable.
Many thanks for your advice!
Your idea also works, but it is not practical for small pieces !! otherwise there is the plunge saw, sled for table saw, miter saw....
My complements, that a very good idea. Could have save meself a fortune on raidal arm saw
Many thanks for your suggestions!
Why you think, that this id cheaper then a radial saw. Don't meantion the different in time you need with this system.
What I meant was I could have used this idea, as a starting point a radial arm saw. There's a similar example in a workshop I used to work in
Good 👍
Thanks!
excellent workmanship but it would have been good if you would have provided the exact measuremts in cms or inches, please furbish those details and it will be good for the beginers, thank you profoundly
Very easy :-)
Yes, sir!
Often I run into situations where a radial arm saw is needed. This is one of those "why didn't I think of that" projects.
Very good
Thanks!
👍👍👍👍👍
