Ingredients List-
1/4 Cup Chana Dal
1/4 Cup Arhar /Tuwar Dal
1/4 Cup Masoor Dal
1/4 Cup Moong Dal
1/4 Cup Chilka Urad Dal
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
Masala-
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Pinch Asafoetida
1 Bay leaf
1 Black Cardamom
4-5 Black Pepper
3 Cloves
1 Chopped Onion
1-2 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
7-8 Garlic Cloves
2 Chopped Tomatoes
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander leaves
For Tadka-
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 Dry Red Chillies
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
