I put my AERO distribution on my touring car all the way to the left and it really helped me get through the race to get the ultimate car because at first that damm snow kept making me drift, i did still lose though because i neglected to upgrade my boat

Used this to make the most realistic Gran Turismo experience I could on my touring cars
I mean technically the camber explanation is kinda wrong. In the middle, the tires are perpendicular to the ground, i.e. straight. To the left is for more grip when turning. The tire is tilted outwards at the base and inwards at the top. This allows the tire to have full grip when turning at high speed. This is also known as negative camber. All the race cars use it.
Conversely, To the right is positive camber. This is where the car "looks" funny. The top of the tire is tilted outwards and the base of the tire is tilted inwards. This gives the car lesser grip as the tire is not in contact with the ground almost all of the time. Use cases may vary, but this could be used to give a understeery car positive camber at the rear to "loosen" the car and allow it to rotate.
But dont worry, what Trigger is saying to set the car up is correct. Just my 2 cents.
Your not wrong about what camber does irl but in the crew 2, the more you move the slider to the right, the more negative camber you have. The more you move the slider to the left, the less negative camber you have.
Keep in mind too much camber reduces overall contact patch resulting in less tire to the road. Hence less grip. That's why alot of drift cars have the front wheels being cambered while the rears are almost straight up.
Very helpful. i've been struggling on this recently and having many understeer issues especially with my LP64P atm, driving me crazy
if you have a F1 car, you NEED to balance the aero distribution to medium or tilting it 1 position to the left
Okay so after watching this I can tell you know your stuff. I've been messing with the steering options with my wheel. You can adjust the breaks and acceleration also...havent really seen any videos on that, if you have a wheel could you maybe consider making a video about that stuff? I subbed.

Pro setting make a HUGE difference. I felt just like you actually. Handling was weird at first. After messing with the settings...I love it!

ESC/ESP does limit power, but it is not its primary function. ESC applies braking to individual wheels to limit oversteer and understeer. It also limits engine power until control is regained.

Thanks for the video! I got into the crew 2 recently and, going by this video, the pro settings are very much like tuning a car in a game like Gran Turismo. Does this mean that the stats shown at the side don't really matter aside from top speed?
Side never rlly matters, top speed it shows is how fast it is without boost I’m sure, but if u use boost it will go a lot faster, the side is true except the top speed

Bro, thank you very much, this is so useful, but i think the brake balance is wrong in the sheet, i mean, setting minus/rear makes the brakes stronger in the rear part causes oversteer and plus/front causes understeer.

Compound settings? I was trying to remove the bouncy feeling. I figured the stiffening should fix it. Was it the comp?

My preference for all my hyper cars for aero is all the way down and up 2, although the car bearly turns, it has helped me a lot with doing New York my fastest so far is 27:03:501
I can't handle driving a hyper car with the aero above, all the way down and up 2 with out crashing and spinning out but it is different for everyone

Just to be clear. Each car has it own pro settings right? So i can tune my skyline different from other street cars, or does the pro settings apply to all cars in that class?

Gloabal setting apply to all, the fine tune is only applied to the car you tuned

Different tuners. So one of my friends was also tuning cars at the beginning but he stopped playing the game.

If your suspension is stiff it will handle better but will take bumps and curbs bad

On ps4 it's in the main game control settings. It's right above Invert Y axis on the vehicles

When you are out of the garage driving around press right on your dpad, then go down to live tuning.
