I have a radiant Charizard which surprisingly has a white star. It's also holo
Same I have a Dhelmise v with one white star
You haven’t posted in ages, your my favourite TH-camr. Thank you so much!
I've been busy with school, but now that I'm on summer vacation, I'll do nothing but make TH-cam videos! Lots more coming soon!!
And I'm glad you enjoy the videos :)
Thank you so much, I'm starting with Pokemon 151 and this help me a lot!! 🎉
No problem! I'm really glad I could help! 151 is an awesome set to start with! I'm loving it a lot right now actually! So many beautiful cards, and of course, can't go wrong with any of the original 151!
tysm for this lol
No problem! I'm glad you liked it :D
@@Witkomonhow about ar
The AR rarity? That's the Japanese rarity system actually, AR = Art Rare, equivalent to an Illustration Rare
Oh I’m subscribed by the way thank you for helping me figure it out
No problem at all! Glad I could help :)
Tysm!! This really helped because I just started collecting Pokémon cards! You’re my fav TH-camr!!!!❤
Aww, thank you so much! I'm really glad I could help! That's awesome that you just started collecting, I think now is as good a time as ever! So many awesome sets being released, so many cool cards!
I am collecting i think around 8 years and i can say that with the newer cards that 2 gold stars is rarer than 3 gold stars most of the time
@raviensermo3103 Two gold stars are often more _valuable_ but not not more _rare_ . Triple gold star hyper rare cards ARE harder to pull, they have lower pull rates. But, Pokemon cards are only worth as much as someone is willing to pay. And, most people don’t particular love gold cards, so they aren’t crazy expensive-even though they are the rarest. Special illustration rares on the other hand, are often highly desirable!
@@Witkomon oooh ofc thank you
@@Witkomon but i have pulled more gold cards than SIR
Tysm!!! Subscribed
Thank you very much I needed this
My first pack in (three years had) a hyper rare and that kinda revived my love for Pokemon.
Just bought my first packs after 20 years of playing the video games
I got a farigiraf with 2 white stars, is that good?
Also it's Tera, would all of them be tera tho?
Answered every question I had about each symbol. Brilliant video!
Thanks you so much! I really appreciate the comment, and I’m glad I could help :D
Ty!! Now I know if my cards are rare I'm gonna like and subscribe 😊❤ bye favourite youtuber!!!
Aww, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Appreciate it :D
bro I liked your channel of pokemon cards thanks for helping us ❤❤❤❤
No problem! I’m really glad I could help :)
Really helpful thank you ❤
No problem! I'm glad you liked it!
I pulled a gold charizard ex the other day and it has a triple star
Wow! That’s awesome!! You got super lucky!
Ikr I’m starting a collection that’s the first pack I ever opened so I didn’t know if it was rare or bot
THANK U !!! ❤❤❤ IT HELPED ME
I’m glad I could help!
I SUBBED!!
I have few silver star and a promo Pikachu , where can I find its value?
I actually have another short video on just that! I'll link it right here:
th-cam.com/users/shortscT7m6kmka9s?feature=share
In short, you can use a website called TCGplayer to look up your card, and find its current market value. You can also use eBay, by searching up your card, filtering by sold listings, and averaging the price
I pulled a maraiden ex that has 3 gold stars out of booster pack that I got on a whim. It also had a holo annihilape (1 black star) and a reverse holo klefki ( 1 black star) it was in a regular Scarlet and violet pack. Now ive got so many boosters to open
I have the same slowbro but he’s a reverse holo
Thank you. I was given thousands of cards and have no idea about Pokémon whatsoever
I have a complete set of Pokemon Rumble TCG cards.
Theres no Shape on it What does that mean?
What is the mean of white star but single I have please tell me
That's a regular rare! It's the same as a black star, just on a dark background. Now, if it's a _shiny_ silver star, that's the older rarity system, before they created all the new symbols, indicating _any_ super rare card
I'm gonna start collecting it
Bro you’re one of the only TH-camrs that look through, heart, and reply to any meaningful comment ❤❤❤
Aww, thank you! I appreciate your THREE hearts! Let me just go ahead and one up you here ;) ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You forgot the "s" for shiny rare
Is a single black star with white border the same as a regular black star rare?
Ty for his video it was really helpful
Your I mean
😓
Haha, no problem! I'm glad you enjoyed it 😁
I have a lot of white stars in my Pokemon cards
Thank you this hopes a lot!
No problem! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video :)
I got a Cofagrigus ex RR holo how much is it worth?
I actually have another short on exactly that! Maybe this will help!

Thank u i thought my cards are fake and was about throw them away
No problem! Glad I could help!
i have a Wo-Chien ex double black stars
Oooooh! I have that card too, it’s a nice one!
@@Witkomonhey!,do you know how rare is the ninetails illus rare in the Japanese ruler of the black flame set? (Idk if it's a illus rare)
I have the exact hyper rare you used as a example
Really?! It's an awesome card, nice!
Witkomon,i have a silver star and its 2023. you said those were old
Well, "older". With the release of the brand new Scarlet and Violet set, in May I believe, all upcoming cards will have the new rarity sumbols. But, there were still sets releasing before, in the Sword and Shield era (which is now concluded) that had the older, as the new is exclusive to Scarlet Violet
This the new system for paldea.
Silver star in sword and shield and before use an older system.
Single silver were indicative of a amazing and above.
Exactly!
I have a Mewtwo but it has a Pikachu pumpkin mark on it so does that mean it's fake
I have alot of silver Star cards which look like single white star but I bought it in India I don't wanna whether they or real Or not?
They could be, could not be! The silver star is simply an older rarity symbol, that was used to mean all ultra rare cards.
tysm this video helped me,but is promo and old Pokemon cards valuable cause I found a single white
star in a bunch of my Pokemon card collection
Sorry for the late reply! So, it depends entirely on the card, some may be more valuable than others. Older cards _may_ be a little more scarce, but still depends on the card!
I do have a shirt specifically on value, maybe this will help!
th-cam.com/users/shortscT7m6kmka9s?si=mIkSNvjkTSDsrkK6
I have an ash pikachu Vmax rainbow card 920 hp but it has 3 black stars at the bottom what does that mean?
Unfortunately that card is probably fake... Pokemon cards should only have HP above/around 300, I believe I the highest as of right now is 340.
I actually made a video on fake cards, maybe this will help if you'd like to look into it a little more!
How to Tell if Your Pokemon Cards Are REAL or FAKE!
th-cam.com/video/A2HwCfW8quA/w-d-xo.html
Oh OK thank you for that.
No proboem!
So what's a holo 1 white star Darkrai worth?
I got one too n the prices vary from .99 cents to 30 bucks
If it’s just a regular holo, it would probably be closer to the $1-$2 range… $30 for a holo is A LOT
so is gold star better than silver star?
What’s one silver star?
Shiny Pokemon from Paldean Fates what rarity are ?
thank you for helping me know now i know that some of mypokemon cards are rare
No problem! I’m glad that you enjoyed the video :)
What about a colorful circle with an A inside the circle
Ah! So that would actually be an “Amazing Rare”! It’s a rather niche rarity, only featured in a few sets in the sword and shield era. Roughly equivalent to a single gold star illustration rare!
I have pilca ball which has a black star, it's reverse holo
What if it an A with a rainbow circle
Almost of my fake only have white star and some cards have promo😂😂
How mutch is a glurak ex crystal?
Mine has 1 white star what is the catagory of it?
That’s a rare!
My first pack had a holo with a white star
Ah! So that’s the same as a black star, just on a dark background! Still a rare! There is usually one rare card guaranteed per pack, but still awesome! Especially if it’s one you like :D
I have a bunch of *RARE* pokemon cards i have like 2 rare charizards i have that EX koraidon. I have the Old mewtwo, Btw thanks for telling me i really needed it
I never knew toxapex was rare ty
No problem! I'm glad I could help :D
I think I have some rare cards one of them is a VSTAR mewtwo,is that rare?
A, hollow gold star, be like:
WHADDABOUTMEEEEEE
Haha that would be a shiny rare! Those came out after I made this video, but I do actually have another short on those!

My pickachew card has white star but it is very common
Well, as far as pack pulls go, it's classified as a rare! But yes, some may certainly be a lot more common then others!
I have a white circle
U my friend have a subscriber 👍
Thank you :)
I have the Goldstar one that you just pulled out!!!!!😂
Really?! That’s awesome! It’s a really cool card!
So what is a white Circle because I have a white circle on my card
That’s the same as a black circle, still a common! It’s just on a dark background, obviously it would be impossible to see a black circle on a black card!
What about a white circle
Have a 2009 Goradon white star I'm glad I got it lmfao
Gordon? Do you mean Groudon? If so, that's awesome, one of my favorite Pokemon actually!
One white star
If it’s just a regular, non-holo white star, then that’s a regular rare. The same as a black star, just on a black card. Obviously, it would be impossible to see a black star against a dark background!
I just bought one pack and the inside is all rare lol
Underrated
Thank you :)
I have a double star card named Skeledirge
Ooooh nice! That’s an awesome card! Skeledirge is my favourite of the three starters I think :)
I got a artazon gold card and didn’t know how rare it was
Well, I’m glad I could help! That’s an extremely rare card, you’re very lucky to have pulled it!
So what if the card says first edition? I have a lot of Japanese Pokémon cards from years ago. Idk if there fake or not.
So, the “first edition” stamp essentially means that the card is part of the first print run of the set. After that, there is sometimes a “shadowless” version, which would be something of a “second” edition. And after that, would be “unlimited”, that is, the remainder of the print runs. There could be LOTS of additional print runs, so obviously first edition cards are a lot more limited. And as such, a lot more rare and desirable! They fetch quite a descent premium over unlimited cards.
Oh okay I understand now lol
Thanks I have rare ones! Thanks
OMG I GOT A DUBBLE GOLD STAR ON ONE OF MY CARDS NO JOKE ITS POPPY AND ITS A TRAINERRRRRRR OMGGGGGG
I love this guys voice 😂❤
Haha, thank you!
Your very welcome ❤😊
@@Witkomonmy friend gave me a free double rare
Wow! That's some friend you got there!!
@@Witkomon yea then I traded two of the cards he gave me to his brother for a charizard ex
Special ilustration rare is good? Bc got one
I have a same super rare
I have the same gardevoir ex
Ooooh! Awesome! It’s a nice card!
What about an A with rainbow around it
That's actually an Amazing rare! It's a pretty niche rarity, but it's roughly equivalent to a single gold star illustration rare card
What about a white/silver colured circle??? I found one on one of my cards
One single shiny silver star? That's the old rarity symbol actually! Before Scarlet and Violet there were no double rares, ultra rares, illustration rares etc., (Though the cards existed, there was no special rarity symbol for them). So, if you got a shiny silver star, you know you got something, but you had to figure out what
@@Witkomon ok thanks
Oh shoot! For some reason I thought you said star! A shiny silver star is ultra rare. A white circle, that's still a common card! It's just a circle on a dark background, obviously a black circle would be impossible to see on a black card!
@@Witkomon ohh okay thanks!
No problem!
I’ve got some cards, I don’t have anything next to it does that mean they’re fake?
Yasd
Hmm, well most all cards should have something… There are some niche cases where cards do not have rarity symbols though, such as McDomalds promo cards, but most regular cards should! Maybe check again?
i got a holo snorlax re - printed when i was 10 lol
That’s awesome! Snorlax is awesome, and if it’s a reprint of the original base set, that’s an amazing card!
I have a few ultra rares laying around
Haha, that's awesome!
Im pretty happy i got double white star daisys help and professors research sada double white star ultra rares :)
Daisys help-195/165
Professors research sada-240/198
Wow! Those are some really nice cards! I actually have both myself, they're pretty rare too! You got lucky!!
I have a Gyarados Ex and a Spidops Ex that are both ultra rare
Ooooh nice! That Gyaradose is especially cool! Congrats on the pulls!
I GOT A PROMOOOOOOOOO AND A SILVERRR AND A 3 STARSSSSSS
Oooooh! That’s a really awesome setup you got there! Very lucky too with that triple gold star!! Which cards are they?
Mine has a RR though?
I'm guessing it's a Japanese card then, right? That's the Japanese rarity system, RR is equivalent to a double black star, double rare Pokemon card.
What is the white star worth
It depends on the card! Although, being just a standard rare, white stars typically aren't worth that much... But again, depends on the card! Some can be!
I have a squawkability ex with 2 white stars
Ooooh! Awesome! Squawkability is a really cool Pokemon!
I have a mega houndoom but theres no star on it and also are promo cards rare?
Hmm a Mega Houndoom with no star? That’s strange… maybe check again? If not, the card could be fake… I have a video on that actually, maybe this will help:
How to Tell if Your Pokémon Cards Are REAL or FAKE!
th-cam.com/video/A2HwCfW8quA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=LdxuZPNKmTly7rom
As for promos, it depends entirely on the card itself! Some promos may be very exclusive, while most are relatively obtainable. Promo really just means that the card was not pulled from a pack
@@Witkomon thanks
No problem!
Wait if my pokemon card doesnt have that does it mean its fake??
Hmm, not _neccesarily_ though, most cards should! A sole exception seems to be McDinalds promo cards, could yours be one of those?
I have a black-gold card and silver cards and on my black-gold card it's gold and on silver it's black
“And a star that’s a rare”
Aw man all of mine are rare :/
“Shiny star”
YEAHHHHHHH
Haha! Had you in the first half!
I have a Charizard V LV 91 if i sale it how much is it
LVL 91? V cards should not have a level, that was removed after diamond and pearl era. Do you see a set of numbers on the bottom left? Something like 001/198? That would help me identify the card!
I also have other weird simbols what are these
mine was special cuz it has a single white star
One of mine has 4 stars
I have the same super eare
Ooooh nice! I’ve got some pretty awesome cards in this video, so it’s got to be a cool one! Congrats!
I have GyaradosVmax and GyaradoxV
Ooooh! That’s awesome!!
What about a white circle?
That's a common, just a circle on a black background!
What does 3 black indicates
Three black stars? That's not possible... You might be looking at something else, the expansion symbol perhaps?
I found a Silver circle IDK what it means but like please tell me
What to do when you have a black star but it is not on the right place
Please tell me 😢
Hmm, what do you mean by the black star not being in the right place? It's not in the bottom right or left? Where are you seeing it?
It's possible you could be looking at the expansion symbol of a vintage card, the neo genesis expansion symbol is 2 stars for example, and that would appear below and to the right of the picture
@@Witkomon We are given a number right , it is on the number's left
And thank you for actually taking over my problem cuz no one does it
Ah! No problem! In sorry for the kind of late reply, school just started so I've been very busy!
But, I think what you're looking at is the expansion symbol. So, the symbol the signifies what set the card is from. What is the name of your card? I will look it up, and see if the expansion symbol is indeed a star, then we will know for sure!
@@Witkomon it's a charizard
I pulled a gold lugia v star from a silver tempest blister Is that really rare? Im new to pokemon cards
Yes! That's actually pretty darn rare! Out of one blister, you DEFINITELY best the odds! I'm not sure as to the exact odds, but I believe that's around 1/50
dam and it was my first random silver Tempest blister! 🤣
I have a 2016 chaizard and a secret rare Original Forme Palkia VStar full art and ultra rare full art irida
Wow! Those are some really nice cards! Nice!!
