I walked down the isle on my wedding day to “You and I.” Crystal Gayle and Eddie Rabbit #1 1982 hit song. I love that song. It broke my heart when he passed away. Thank you for sharing. Great stories and history.

Eddie Rabbit was one of my favorite singers of the 80s. He also wrote one of Elvis Presley's classic songs " Kentucky Rain"..

Loved his music. Had a chance to see him when he performed near my home in Iowa, but I missed it. Keep up the excellent videos. Like that you research so many things you show. I've learned so much and thank you.

I love retro motels and motor courts. The Drake was featured in Scottish rock band Big Country's "Fragile Thing" video, off of their last album "Driving to Damascus". Lead singer Stuart Adamson lived in Nashville in the years prior to his unfortunate and sad death in 2001. Thank you for sharing, love your videos.

This is interesting but that was not his granddad, it was his dad, Thomas Rabbitt, who was born in 1899. Eddie was born in 1941 so his dad was 42 years old when he was born. Eddie told that his mom and dad came from Ireland in 1924.

Very cool you knew Jason Aldine made a video there, I remember watching it...
On the Eddie Rabbit grave site, the grave stone you thought could be his Dad, it had Vietnam on it, do you think that could be his brother??
I'd need to go back & stop the video to catch the date,
Loved the Glory view & the weeping willow tree at the end of the pool area. Thanks again ☺️❣️💖💫🎗️♥️🇺🇸

Nashville police once found a body stuffed in a closet at The Drake Motel. Whats really weird is the maid cleaned all the blood up not knowing the victim was still there...she didn't even tell anyone about it! I believe the case is still open.

Eddie didn't die go anything hate to say that, he was sacrificed for trying to educate the ding dong American public. Eddie was MY FAVORITE singer. Just one of the over 150 sacrifices that the elite didn't want speaking out against them. Sorry folks truth hurts. All we hv to do is stand up and take account. Yes he wroth several songs for El is as well Ronnie Mildap
