I've been cleaning since 1987 and used electric truckmounts earlier in my career. If they had some of the stuff then that is available now I may never have changed that, but back in the 90's it was difficult to get any help of any kind so I was left to figure things out on my own. My last electric truck mount drew 28 amps and was a 2 cord unit. Since 1987 my typical hose run to even some very big homes and average businesses around my area is still only about 100 ft with the occasional bump to 125 or 150 ft. In all these years I think I may have needed 200 ft maybe a few times on extremely large buildings. I'm sure this varies from area to area, but I've done some fairly large businesses and churches as well as some of the largest homes in my area. I'd say 90% or more of my runs are 100 ft. I think I would be correct to say that the average nationally is probably under 150 ft. The vacuum on that machine is insane so I would think it could do 300 ft w/o a sweat and still get good recovery. I would probably invest in one of their boosters if I needed to do something like that though. I used to use two very large 3 stage motors that drew about 12 amps each years ago and they were sufficient for most jobs up to about 150 ft, but struggled over that when I did the very occasional 200 ft. run.
Thank you for that nice post. You are right, pretty much everything can be done with 150ft. Also, with the electric truckmounts, you can remove them and bring them closer. This machine does not require a booster btw. The vacuum is too much as is.

Yes and No. With 2 vacuums it will be closer to the Air Hog, but still more powerful than that because of the 2.5" vac port on the Escape. With 3 motors, there is no comparison - in a totally different league.
7 vacuums are not necessary for cleaning a carpet. I can Dry foam a carpet and extract it with a single vac and still do a better job. it is not the equipment it's the operator. The operator knows dye colors knows the mixture to have that carpet clean and dry in hours. a 3rd vac bring a carpet stretcher

i'd be running all 3 vacs 100% on carpet cleaning. can you run everything on a 30amp dryer outlet with adapter or with a 30amp generator?

Need to compare this to a normal portable not the mytee lite. One with 2 motors is what most portable guys have.
We actually did a test with the vortex lite it pull around 18-19 lbs compared to the 27-29 lbs we were able to pull on the LX PLUS.
