The only ones hating on this performance are the ones stuck on the old TDWP, don't get me wrong old Prada will ALWAYS be my favorite, but these guys are STILL killing it 15-20 years later🔥
I think that also helps with managing less equipment and simplifying setup. It's easier to play everything in Drop B instead of having 2 or 3 guitars just to cover the tunings used in the album.
Jeremy's voice isn't 100% here idk why maybe he wasn't feeling great or something. I've seen them live and Jeremy can do great and the other live performance recording they did during covid jeremy absolutely kills it
they really could re record their old stuff with their current skill and it would slap so much harder than it did 15 years ago haha. fuck im glad they ditched the autotune
You can definitely tell Mike has paid attention to his sound after somewhat losing it for a super short period of time, a few years ago at this point Jeremy sounds super good too, but he chooses to do the lower registers of pretty much every part he has, which has like 15% the same power as if he sang it originally. Sounds literally perfect but it just subtracts from the rawness that this band has, for the most part. u feel
@@BaritonePapi I feel you. There were a handful of sets I’ve watched where he hits every single note, then others where his voice was off/didn’t put the effort in to hit the high, and remained lower with his voice. I assume it’s hard to sing as high as you did years and years and YEARS ago. Love Jeremy
the tuning was pretty far off ngl. Love TDWP. Even the synths weren't the same. Riffs were meh, vocals, were okay, but considering I seen vids of them playing Dear Love: A beautiful discord. Cornerstone 2006 if anyone cares. Also RoccFest. They were much better then, even with the oldschool recording. Jeremy was really bad vocally, always has been when live. And forget his name, dude on the keyboards really sucks. He just doesn't fit the band, his style of EDM is really shit. Plus can't play the old stuff. Guy is into cradle of filth and shit like that, so explains his lack of creative input. Much better back in the day, than they are now. Especially where live playing is concerned. Anyone who isn't biased knows that TDWP aren't very good live when comparing their studio albums.

? The complain has always been that they changed their sound and you’re here complaining they didn’t change 😂 Which if you really think that, you haven’t checked out their new stuff.
when your camera man is in total submissive compliance with state covid health regulations....it make one wonder what is the point then of rock n roll ???

stay golden all!
Thank you for doing this, sir! I appreciate you.
🤘🏾
This is one of the best metalcore albums ever imo. Every single song is a banger.
How am I just finding this? One of the best metalcore albums ever. Love how raw Mike sounds on this. Amazing video
Good to know they still play old stuff, I haven’t seen them in years and figured they never play their old albums!
Just saw them Friday, gd so freaking good!
Bro that i hate buffering was peak! I fucking love these guys.
It's been nearly 2 decades and I can't hear "Let's Make that clear" without thinking "Let's bake that cake!" (6:47)
The only ones hating on this performance are the ones stuck on the old TDWP, don't get me wrong old Prada will ALWAYS be my favorite, but these guys are STILL killing it 15-20 years later🔥
this IS old tdwp
This was the best album for me!!! TDWP 🤘🏻
38:40 this version of louder than thunder is amazing. will hopefully see live.
It's crazy they have to bring down the keys that the songs are in for Jeremy's vox. I love it because it makes the songs even punchier. So sick!
I think that also helps with managing less equipment and simplifying setup. It's easier to play everything in Drop B instead of having 2 or 3 guitars just to cover the tunings used in the album.
old but gold !
Danger: Wildman sounds HUGE now with that production
Mike is in top form😮
fuck I wish they'd do this again
I’m late to the party on this video…. But all I have to say is thank you for putting this on TH-cam 👌🏻
Gimme Half will always be one of top TDWP songs.
I agree with you
My absolute favorite record of theirs.
I have to agree. That and Sassafrass is a close second.
Best breakdown on the album hands down 35:34
Thank You sm, i've been searching for this live!
their best album!
I love in these videos how they show every member of the band except the bass player.
Just saw them recently from their metalcore dropouts tour here in Toronto for the first time. I wish they chose this setlist tho
Oooh was that worth it? Can you remember what they played? Any good songs from this album or Zombie EP?
@@strombopopolousat my show they played Outnumbered, Dez Moines and Danger wildman
Lmao at the face of that camera guy at 12:20 after Mike did thay thing.
To think this was recorded during the pandemic.
sassafras hits so hard
22:37 👉🏻😖👈🏻
Love you guys 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Mike is always doing well with the guttural, in 2024 it's the same thing, how can you haha
It's nice to hear the bass better but I can't hear any of the amazing synth lines. For example "I hate buffering" just needs that synth to really pop
❤❤❤❤❤❤

He probably can't sing in the same registry as he could when he was in his late teens/early 20s
WE'VE ALL SUNG OF THE END
This is superior
they really could re record their old stuff with their current skill and it would slap so much harder than it did 15 years ago haha. fuck im glad they ditched the autotune
They can't even sing or play in key are you out of your mind? That Autotune made their early work really stand out.
Nah this and zombie ep can never be touched. Literally top tier TDWP
Mike has really gotten so much better live. Sadly Jeremy seems to have never paid much mind to his vocal skill set

I agree, the clean vocals suck.
Id go ever further and say he’s never been good at singing live
