Romans are looking great. There's a conversion kit of the ikea cabinets that doubles up the shelves, you can even triple them up-there are videos on YT using ropewire clamps.
They make acrylic shelves for those cases. I got some more shelves with some 3d printed anchors for the wire frame. You can easily add enough shelves to triple the space of a single glass cabinet.
Very nicely painted miniatures, with some nice vibrant colours. The variations in pose of the Footsore figures are quite subtle but I don't mind that with drilled troops, and they are really well sculpted figures. It's good to be able to paint in a shared space rather than being locked away in a den all the while. The hobby room looks great. It is a shame there isn't scope to add more shelves in those glass display units.
@@rangerminiaturesandgaming3647 there is a recent book The Last Great War of Antiquity about the final Roman-Sassanian conflict in the 600s, that period also seems like it could be an interesting late Roman wargaming project
Loving your Late Romans 🎨🖌👌 I'm also painting up some from Footsore and Foundry, to use as Roman-British for Dux Brittaniarum 👍
Great update. The Romans are coming along nicely. 👍

Great gaming room set up pal

Great update, very nice painted romans. 👍
Lovely figures...with gorgeous spears!
Very nice indeed, big fan of Footsore 👍

Agreed, the poses are nice indeed
those spears are excellent, great job
It looks like things are painting up great. In your cabinets you may want to check around for acrylic display risers. I have a few and they work well.
Wow never would have thought, thanks
Excited you’re painting again.
I hope my wife doesn’t see I have female fans
These late Romans are very interesting looking, much different than the Imperial or Republican era you tend to see in media
They are, most people have the 1 image of roman soldiers in their head but rome as a society lasted for over 1000 years

lol, that guy complaining about German World War II miniatures had a lot of nerve when his personal conduct is so slimy
