Great presentation, Paul! Somebody always seems to get hurt during these economic issues. Some forethought and planning on both the tenant and landlord sides should mitigate much of the ill will, damage and pain. THANKS!

is there a rent moratorium in LA? I might have to fall back on my savings to pay my rent. But i might be short, i dont wanna be evicted.

The governement NEEDS to stop all evictions until this virus is taken it's course. Landlords will survive. I haven't met a landlord yet that wasn't filty rich. They are good a whining that they are all broker but don't let them fool you. They can give a little back to humanity.
