Svami details uttara krthyam murai from perumal thirumozhi ooneru selvatthu 1st pasuram: - ooneru selvaththu udalpiravi yaan venden
Svami clarifies further why when it looks like aazhwaar is praying for any kind of piravi on thiruvenkata malai, that this thirumozhi is about bhaagavatha kainkaryam only. The sangathi is as follows: In 1st thirumozhi, he is yearning on when he will see and do kainkaryam for Him. In 2nd, meyyadiyaargal tham ellaiyil adimaiththiraththinil enrumevu manaththanaam, he is wondering when he will do kainkaryam for His adiyaargal. When he will do kainkaryam for adiyaars who sing ranga ranga, as if he gets their paadha thooli, then we don't need to bathe in ganga for our paapams to go. In 3rd, angaiyaazhi aranganadiyinai, thangu sindhai thani perum piththanaay, he has got His sevai and his chinthai is with Him only. So what he prayed for in 1st, he got in 3rd. The sangathi is that what he prayed for in 2nd, he gets in 4th - which is bhaagavatha kainkaryam. So while he prays for any piravi in thirumalai, the piravi payan is bhaagavathaa kainkaryam only.
ooneru selvaththu udalpiravi yaan venden (I don't seek a wealthy piravi where the result will just be growing my physique well), aanerezh venraan (He broke through seven bulls to marry nappinnai, showing He can remove obstacles to our joining Him) adimaith thiram allaal (instead of growing our body without use, we need to join Him and be his adimai and do kainkaryam or Him), kooneru sangam idaththaan (this tanmai to do service to Him will only come by being like shankam and have valaindha svabhaavam - i.e. do prapatti. and He holds shankam in his ida kai to show He is giving us idam), than vengadaththu (the hill he is standing on itself can remove our paapams) koneri vaazhum kurugaayp pirappene (to get that valaindha tanmai we need to become a vaishnavan ie keep Him in us and He will keep us in Him, so in koneri - svami pushkarani, where bhaagavathaas wash their feet and do kainkaryam to Him, if I were born as a kokku then I will get bhaagavatha sevai and get Vaishnava tanmai - its white color shows sattva gunam. It doesn't go after small fish as it will disturb the waters making it difficult to get big fish, likewise - we should not go after alpa phalan. Bhaagavatha darshanam by itself is kainkaryam, the payan of this piravi.
