So many people mentioning Jorginho as one of our best during the derby which i completely couldn't see on the pitch. Apart from anyone's opinion big love for all of you guys. This podcast is a true gem
James love the content! I honestly believe that Mikel bought Kai in to be a striker, but he couldn’t directly say that at the time because of how many strikers we had on the roster at the time. I feel like Mikel using Kai in the midfield was more of a result of injuries and not attempting to use him as that left 8. Keep up the great content

Havertz was an interesting case study in terms of fan and commentator response. A lot of fans, and quite a few on AFTV and the like, had their minds made up about him being shit and not worth the money (admittedly his first months didn't help). But that said.. one of the most difficult things for people to do is to say "I was wrong". If you look at fan cams and post game media, you'll see who is honest and unbiased in when they began giving him his due. Some still hesitate to do it. I was saying all along he was one of the most severe cases of lacking in confidence I've personally seen in professional sports. he couldn't have found a better situation than Arsenal and Arteta to rinse that Chelsea stink off of him.
I really like Havertz and I believe if we do sign a world class striker he will work as hard as he can to make it into that team somewhere regardless if it’s upfront or midfield
Hey lads, i love our team as much as anyone but lets not lie we kind of won by the skin of our teeth, without Odegaard our midfield almost felt dead amd you all admitted to the fact that both players in our double pivot barely we making any forward passes or striding forward with the ball. If Nwaneri was on earlier we might have been able to inject some creativity into the midfield and we could have seen more actual chances created but big upnthe boys amd im so proud to be a Gunner.
I don't recognise the "dross" reference to Havertz Tosin is talking about. He wasn't confident in his play and Arteta played him in an unfamiliar position, but dross he wasn't.
All that's missing from Havertz's skill set is his finishing, tad bit inconsistent. The guy makes some of the most intelligent runs (does it on a consistent basis), works hard, has good link-up play, and also partakes in sh*thousery. He's much much better than Jesus in the no.9 role. I legit have havertz to finish the season with 20 goals in pl alone.
