Havertz was an interesting case study in terms of fan and commentator response. A lot of fans, and quite a few on AFTV and the like, had their minds made up about him being shit and not worth the money (admittedly his first months didn't help). But that said.. one of the most difficult things for people to do is to say "I was wrong". If you look at fan cams and post game media, you'll see who is honest and unbiased in when they began giving him his due. Some still hesitate to do it. I was saying all along he was one of the most severe cases of lacking in confidence I've personally seen in professional sports. he couldn't have found a better situation than Arsenal and Arteta to rinse that Chelsea stink off of him.

Hey lads, i love our team as much as anyone but lets not lie we kind of won by the skin of our teeth, without Odegaard our midfield almost felt dead amd you all admitted to the fact that both players in our double pivot barely we making any forward passes or striding forward with the ball. Even though our squad was adapting Arteta needs to take more risks at times with other players in the team. If Nwaneri was on earlier we might have been able to inject some creativity into the midfield and we could have seen more actual chances created but big upnthe boys amd im so proud to be a Gunner.
