I have watched a lot of these videos from Italy and the same girl is in nearly everyone,. She defies the police and scrambles back out, time after time. Why has she not been arrested and locked up.
Because this is Italy! This country is ruled by ideologically possessed judges. Police isn't allowed to do jack shit. Most of the time a cop fires its gun, he's gonna be prosecuted regardless of the circumstances. A cop who shot dead a crazy guy who was stabbing his colleague repeatedly with a knife, was prosecuted and suspended. The family of the victim was furious at the cop and many leftist politicians and media outlets cried for that cop to be fired. Oh, and the cop who was stabbed just barely survived, just to give you an idea of the situation. Italy is the only country in the world where squatters can occupy a home and as long as he or she has no other place to live in, judges will rule that said person cannot be forcibly removed from the house he or she is occupying. I know this must sound crazy to anyone outside Italy, but i'm not making this up. Google it if you don't believe me.
Laws need to be passed. If you block traffic and the police, firefighters or ambulance can not get thru to an emergency and a person dies. The people blocking the road should be charged with manslaughter and held financially responsible for any loss of property or suffering. Also, if they get run over it should be considered “self inflicted” and they should have no recourse .

Stand at the side of the road with signs, but do not block traffic. Who knows, a person may have been told if you are late one more time you are fired. La soluzione è semplicissima. Si cambia la legge stradale a protezione degli utenti che la usano (e i pedoni camminano sui marciapiedi e sulle strisce pedonali). Le forze dell'ordine attualmente se intimano ad una persona di abbandonare immediatamente la careggiata o corsia stradale, questa deve eseguire l'ordine, per la sua sicurezza e quella degli altri utenti stradali. Se non obbedisce le forze dell'ordine la possono allontanare di forza. Se questa ritorna sulla careggiata ostacola così la viabilità e mette in pericolo inutilmente le forze dell'ordine. Un rischio che si potrebbe ridurre e uno spreco inutile di risorse per andare a recuperarla. Come si vede nel video un poliziotto non è in grado di gestire e nemmeno arrestare un simile numero di persone poiché furbamente e volontariamente queste persone ritornano ad ‘occupare la careggiata. E comunque code del genere si creano quasi tutti i giorni in qualche autostrada. Secondo te dovrebbero indagare i gestori delle autostrade tutte le volte che si crea coda?

@AnonLuke Non c'è niente di male nel legarli al guard rail per il tempo strettamente necessario alla ripresa della circolazione stradale, se gli lasci la possibilità di muoversi si continuano a rimettere per strada e non è il caso di impiegare decine di agenti per fare stare fermi un gruppetto di "manifestanti".

Sono del parere che, in casi come questi, il prendere le persone, ammanettarle e farle salire nell'auto non sia sbagliato.
Non si può stare dietro a delle persone per ore ed ore, nel momento in cui oppongono tutta quella resistenza, nonostante tu le abbia avvertite più volte di smetterla, allora lì le prendi e le porti via da lì.
Le autorità sono le autorità, nel momento in cui ti dicono di finirla allora la devi smettere e, se non la smetti, hanno il diritto di poterti prendere e portare via da lì.
Immagino che siano rimasti lì minimo 30 minuti, e in 30 minuti potrebbero arrivare delle emergenze molto più serie, ma loro sarebbero costretti a stare lì.

When the police show up, they arrest them immediately and you will have 5 years telling the other inmates what a tough activist you are! Overnight, this blocking of roads would end. Stand at the side of the road with signs, but do not block traffic. Who knows, a person may have been told if you are late one more time you are fired. Yet again, maybe someone is on thier way to the hospital and they have a loved one dying and they are trying to get there in time to see them. But you have to block the road, and they don't make it in time.

La soluzione è semplicissima. Si cambia la legge stradale a protezione degli utenti che la usano (e i pedoni camminano sui marciapiedi e sulle strisce pedonali).
Le forze dell'ordine attualmente se intimano ad una persona di abbandonare immediatamente la careggiata o corsia stradale, questa deve eseguire l'ordine, per la sua sicurezza e quella degli altri utenti stradali. Se non obbedisce le forze dell'ordine la possono allontanare di forza. Se questa ritorna sulla careggiata ostacola così la viabilità e mette in pericolo inutilmente le forze dell'ordine. Un rischio che si potrebbe ridurre e uno spreco inutile di risorse per andare a recuperarla. Come si vede nel video un poliziotto non è in grado di gestire e nemmeno arrestare un simile numero di persone poiché furbamente e volontariamente queste persone ritornano ad ‘occupare la careggiata.
