This is the best I have ever seen on how to breath and engage and release the pelvic floor properly. Thank you so much for your detailed explanation regarding everything involved in this move. This has helped me tremendously.

Another A+ Anna explanation- fitting in all the details with beautiful imagery and great cueing. I've started sending this one to clients for reference. Thanks very much!

This was very helpful! I noticed that I have been breathing down too hard from my ribs, which was causing pouching for me.

Thank you! I was told by a PT that pooching from pressure was normal like during a deadbug. It’s not? If not, is there a progression video for the core? Is there a difference between how males brace their core and females?

I don't coach differently between males and females when I am teaching them to brace properly.

This is very helpful thank you! Can i just ask, is the goal to get equal movement on inhale and exhale, just it says first to go top down on inhale and bottom up on exhale, but then at the end it says movement should be equal? Or have i misunderstood (sorry)?

Yes, there should be equal movement on the inhale and exhale! But when you inhale think about your ribcage starting first and then on the exhale think abdomen first but they should be almost together and not one or the other sinking in or expanding much before the other. Does that help?
